I also appreciate the good customer attention whenever support is needed. Pros Koalendar is very easy to use and simple to set up. I like how fast I could connect my Google Calendar and start accepting appointments online. The interface is clean, professional, and intuitive for both me and my clients. Customer support is also very good and responds quickly whenever there is any issue or question. Cons Honestly, I have not found any major problems so far. Some advanced customization options could maybe be improved in the future, but overall the platform works very smoothly and does exactly what I need for scheduling sessions and managing availability. Guests can simply choose a time that works for them, and everything syncs automatically with my calendar. It’s very comparable to Calendly, but offers more flexibility at a lower price. Because I embed each booking calendar directly on my site, the customization options are a big deal for me. Koalendar makes this very easy. Pros Koalendar makes scheduling meetings incredibly easy. I use it for podcast recordings, coaching sessions, and general meetings. The Google Calendar integration works perfectly, and it embeds beautifully on my website. The ability to batch appointments is just a game-changer! Pros I appreciate the ease of use. It has a very intuitive interface. It is perfect for my online teaching business.
