I'm on the free version and many functions are locked to me, but it's still a powerful and very helpful app. Cons The plugin locks quite a few things in its free version and requires you to purchase a basic package for functions that I think are very basic, but the plugin is still powerful and does an excellent job for us. Guests can simply choose a time that works for them, and everything syncs automatically with my calendar. It’s very comparable to Calendly, but offers more flexibility at a lower price. Because I embed each booking calendar directly on my site, the customization options are a big deal for me. Koalendar makes this very easy. Pros Koalendar makes scheduling meetings incredibly easy. I use it for podcast recordings, coaching sessions, and general meetings. The Google Calendar integration works perfectly, and it embeds beautifully on my website. Cons I honestly haven't run into any major issues so far. The only negative possibility is if they increase their prices, which they haven't done. Very intuitive and easy to use. They have great features that work well with my online teaching business. Great customizations and integrations to streamline my day and my communication with my students. The customer service has been outstanding with a full knowledge base to troubleshoot any issues you may have. Koalander has thought of all the features I was looking for. The ability to batch appointments is just a game-changer! Pros I appreciate the ease of use. It has a very intuitive interface. It is perfect for my online teaching business. I have received fantastic customer service from \[sensitive content hidden\]. There are so many great features that make it easy to attract and retain students. The price is outstanding for all you get from it. It is very easy for my students to book classes in bundles and pay for them all at once. Cons So far I have not had many negatives to report. It’s incredibly easy to set up and use, with all the essential scheduling features but none of the unnecessary complexity. The interface is clean, intuitive, and just works. On their website or in your free trial account you cannot "stop" or undo your account. No deletion nothing. Really really annoyed as this is called theft.
