March 2, 2021 4.0 During lockdown I registered as a volunteer therapist for frontline workers. I needed a simple and appointment accessible booking system and I needed it quickly. I trialled Koalender and found that it does a brilliant job – it integrates with Google diary and Zoom. It took a few minutes to set up, couldn't have been easier. It updates my Google diary automatically, sends a confirmation and a Zoom link to both client and me, so all I have to do is log in at the appropriate time and there is my client! On the one occasion I has a glitch (a Saturday to boot), I got an immediate response and the problem was resolved in an hour. I wholeheartedly recommend this product, I now use it for all my work. Pros Rapid set up Ease of use for me and my clients Integrates with Google and Zoom Sends a Zoom link to clients when they book Nice looking, minimal and does the job. I had a talk with him and in few minutes we had a conversation and himself implemented my request. Pros Koalendar is an extremely useful tools that help me to organize my meetings with students. It is very easy and user-friendly. I don't know why huge platforms did not think about it before... It is essential to my activity now. Pros I really like the UI, it was easy to set up, and it works well. When I pointed out an issue for texting links, they worked out getting a fix. That’s listening to your end-user. Cons As always, there is room for growth. But, you have me as a customer for sure. Little tweaks like the favicon and links when texting them out. My questions have been addressed quickly, and the product works well for my needs. Pros I am using Koalendar for students learning from home to schedule appointments. It is very easy to use on my end as well as theirs. Cons I wish there was a way to schedule an appointment for the student on the administrative end, instead of having to schedule the appointment as if you are the person making it. March 2, 2021 4.0 We were going back and forth with clients to find times that work with both people, this product has allowed us an easy way to have our clients book based on what times we are actually able to meet. Pros This software has made it easy for me and my team to book meetings with clients. The product is really easy to use both from set up and for our clients. Cons Sometimes the software does not respond to my calendar the way promised. A few double bookings or nor enough time in-between meetings as been set up. Pros Pros: User friendly and very easy to deploy. Nice and very easy to understand user interface both for admin and end-users. Cons Cons: Unfortunately Koalendar does not seem to be able to accomodate for pre-assigned slots based on a calendar. Meaning: Koalendar is good in settings slots for standard week/day/hour slots if they are alle more-or-less equal. However, If Koalendar is to display open slots based on slots of someones calendar, this is not possible.
