This was purchased for a number of non technical users and they were able to implement it quite easily. Also the support was fantastic. Cons It would be nice if there was a way to administer the software, but it's really not designed as an enterprise type solution, so each user has to set it up on their own. Cons It works just as advertised. I use the free version and am not even sure what I would want to add if I went to a paid version. I'll use it again when the need arises. Pros I really liked the ease of using the dashboard and setting up the calendar events. I also liked the booking confirmation that was sent to my email, as well as the ability to ask specific questions of clients. I also liked that it synced with my Zoom account! Cons I didn't like that I couldn't cancel a session on my end. If the other person didn't take the step of actually cancelling their presentation from their original booking, there was no way I could cancel and make the date reappear as available. Even if I deleted the orginal date and re-entered it, I couldn't cancel it. Reason for choosing Koalendar I saw it listed somewhere in an online review. I didn't do that much research on other products, as it synced with my Zoom and Chrome account and did what I needed it to do. Review Source Clementine A. If the above con could be fixed it would be perfect Pros Easy to use and setup and it's still currently free to use Cons I am unable to create different meeting links which take different calendars into consideration. I WISH I could have one meeting link which considers my CEO and another which considers another colleague. March 2, 2021 4.0 During lockdown I registered as a volunteer therapist for frontline workers. I needed a simple and appointment accessible booking system and I needed it quickly. I trialled Koalender and found that it does a brilliant job – it integrates with Google diary and Zoom. It took a few minutes to set up, couldn't have been easier. It updates my Google diary automatically, sends a confirmation and a Zoom link to both client and me, so all I have to do is log in at the appropriate time and there is my client! On the one occasion I has a glitch (a Saturday to boot), I got an immediate response and the problem was resolved in an hour. I wholeheartedly recommend this product, I now use it for all my work. Pros Rapid set up Ease of use for me and my clients Integrates with Google and Zoom Sends a Zoom link to clients when they book Nice looking, minimal and does the job. I had a talk with him and in few minutes we had a conversation and himself implemented my request. Pros Koalendar is an extremely useful tools that help me to organize my meetings with students. It is very easy and user-friendly. I don't know why huge platforms did not think about it before... It is essential to my activity now. Pros I really like the UI, it was easy to set up, and it works well. When I pointed out an issue for texting links, they worked out getting a fix. That’s listening to your end-user. Cons As always, there is room for growth. But, you have me as a customer for sure. Little tweaks like the favicon and links when texting them out. Cons I wish there was a way to schedule an appointment for the student on the administrative end, instead of having to schedule the appointment as if you are the person making it. It is easy for students and parents to navigate and create an appointment during available times. It is nice to allow others to sign up for the appointment they feel is best for them rather than going back and forth trying to find an available time. March 2, 2021 4.0 We were going back and forth with clients to find times that work with both people, this product has allowed us an easy way to have our clients book based on what times we are actually able to meet. Pros This software has made it easy for me and my team to book meetings with clients. The product is really easy to use both from set up and for our clients. Cons Sometimes the software does not respond to my calendar the way promised. A few double bookings or nor enough time in-between meetings as been set up.
