Pros Pros: User friendly and very easy to deploy. Nice and very easy to understand user interface both for admin and end-users. Cons Cons: Unfortunately Koalendar does not seem to be able to accomodate for pre-assigned slots based on a calendar. Meaning: Koalendar is good in settings slots for standard week/day/hour slots if they are alle more-or-less equal. However, If Koalendar is to display open slots based on slots of someones calendar, this is not possible. Instead of coordinating schedules over multiple emails or thru an assistant, the scheduling link makes it very easy to book times that work for 1-on-1 meetings. Pros I like that it has a clean design and doesn’t require much time to understand the functionality and where to find what. Cons I don’t use the full premium version so I’m not the one to judge. Pros I appreciate the ease of Koalendar. It is superior to other scheduling software because you don't have to worry about granting permission, searching through pages of spreadsheets to find appointments, and it is easy to sign up for. Koalendar made scheduling virtual parent teacher conferences easy. Cons I think the only down side of this would be that people are not working with software that it already a part of their daily lives like Google, but for me that's not a problem. It is very easy for my students to book a time with me and that it connects to my calendar so that I don't miss any virtual meetings. Cons In order for me to decrease the time of the slot I would have to pay in full. Now they can choose their preferred appointment time and it appears like magic in my calendar. It saves me so much time. My clients say they like being able to book multiple appointments at a time. Pros How easy it is to set up and use (for me and my clients). Cons At one point I found myself wanting more precise control over blocking out my time--hour, day, week, month--but I am using the free version and so far I'm content. Review Source BC Bill C. Gone are the endless back and forth emails trying to schedule a meeting. Link your calendar through Koalander and it does the work for you. Finally scheduling enters the 21st century. The simple UI is easy to navigate and the automatic emails send to meeting attendees makes it easy for them to see when the meeting is and reschedule if necessary. Cons I wish there were more customized intake form options (ie. checkboxes, single select dropdowns, etc.); however, if you only need a couple input fields then Koalendar will work perfectly for you! Pros I needed something quick and easy to help me book meetings with multiple groups of colleagues and I found Koalander to be the most straight forward and quick to get started. I've been using it for around a month and so far so good. Cons I've had two occasions where those who have booked meetings with me have mistyped their email address and therefore haven't received the confirmation or calendar invite. Whilst this is 100% user error, it would be fab is the user was invited to double check their email and confirm they're happy with it as this has caused two missed meetings so far. Whilst this isn't many, I've only had 8-10 book so percentage wise, it's quite high. Review Source JS Jovaine S. The paid version is too expensive for for the additional features it provides. Doesn’t really provide justification to pay almost $10/monthly for the upgrade. I am able to adjust settings to meet with students individually and in small groups. Cons I'm quite happy about it, maybe support for more calendars - I use Google for work and iCloud for my personal calendar and sometimes, people select a date when I have an event on my second calendar...
