Pros

Koalendar allowed us to book many multiple appointments at the same time without any extra cost. It was this function that made us choose Koalendar.

Pros

Koalender is a great tool for scheduling calls and meetings for someone who deals with multiple timezones. Instead of coordinating schedules over multiple emails or thru an assistant, the scheduling link makes it very easy to book times that work for 1-on-1 meetings.

Cons

For coordinating times with schedules for multiple people, I wouldn't recommend this tool as it's best for syncing with one calendar.

I use the free version, but if you could schedule in smaller chunks than 30 minutes that would be great.

Pros

Very positive.

Pros

I appreciate the ease of Koalendar. It is superior to other scheduling software because you don't have to worry about granting permission, searching through pages of spreadsheets to find appointments, and it is easy to sign up for. Koalendar made scheduling virtual parent teacher conferences easy.

Cons

I think the only down side of this would be that people are not working with software that it already a part of their daily lives like Google, but for me that's not a problem.

Pros

I appreciate that you can quickly look at the weeks or month and see the available time slots. It is very easy for my students to book a time with me and that it connects to my calendar so that I don't miss any virtual meetings.

Cons

In order for me to decrease the time of the slot I would have to pay in full. I understand why they need to charge at a certain point but all I need is an easy to book calendar and time slots of less than 30 minutes.

Before Koalendar I spent a lot of time negotiating meeting times with clients. Now they can choose their preferred appointment time and it appears like magic in my calendar. It saves me so much time. My clients say they like being able to book multiple appointments at a time.

Pros

How easy it is to set up and use (for me and my clients).

Cons

At one point I found myself wanting more precise control over blocking out my time--hour, day, week, month--but I am using the free version and so far I'm content.

I am customer facing, it was not gotten the adoption I expected.

Pros

It was super easy to setup and integrates with Gmail, GCalandar , and G-Meets

Cons

So far, I have not had and issue or have any suggested improvements at this time.

Pros

As an HR professional who is in back-to-back meetings or interviews Koalander has been a priceless timesaver. Gone are the endless back and forth emails trying to schedule a meeting. Link your calendar through Koalander and it does the work for you. Finally scheduling enters the 21st century.

Cons

There have been a few times for whatever reason it does not link to my gmail. I receive an email, but nothing on my calendar.

Pros

Koalendar makes meeting scheduling a breeze! The simple UI is easy to navigate and the automatic emails send to meeting attendees makes it easy for them to see when the meeting is and reschedule if necessary.

Cons

I wish there were more customized intake form options (ie. checkboxes, single select dropdowns, etc.); however, if you only need a couple input fields then Koalendar will work perfectly for you!

It's been a great experience and I'll continue to use it in the future.

Pros

I needed something quick and easy to help me book meetings with multiple groups of colleagues and I found Koalander to be the most straight forward and quick to get started. I've been using it for around a month and so far so good.

Cons

I've had two occasions where those who have booked meetings with me have mistyped their email address and therefore haven't received the confirmation or calendar invite. Whilst this is 100% user error, it would be fab is the user was invited to double check their email and confirm they're happy with it as this has caused two missed meetings so far. Whilst this isn't many, I've only had 8-10 book so percentage wise, it's quite high.

Pros

The interface is very simple and it was really quick to set up and I loved how it seamlessly integrated with my google calendar

Cons

I’ve had difficulties integrating it another google calendar outside my organization. The paid version is too expensive for for the additional features it provides. Doesn’t really provide justification to pay almost $10/monthly for the upgrade.

Excellent

Pros

This software has been invaluable in allowing my students to schedule times to meet with me. I am able to adjust settings to meet with students individually and in small groups. This software puts the responsibility on them, by teaching them the importance of scheduling and keeping appointments.

Cons

There is nothing that I do not like about this software.

It's really great and simple!

Pros

Exchanging e-mails, finding the right slots for a meeting... Everything is simple with Koalendar. Share your link and it's done.

Cons

I'm quite happy about it, maybe support for more calendars - I use Google for work and iCloud for my personal calendar and sometimes, people select a date when I have an event on my second calendar...

It is not clear on what time zone the user will see - would be nice to be able to open different slots for different time zones.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use. It has taken so much stress and confusion out of scheduling parent/teacher conferences. I am going to use this from now on for scheduling conferences, even when we return back to in-person school. Parents have enjoyed how easy it is to make and/or reschedule conferences with me.

Cons

I do not have any negative things to say about this project.

When I had the time change issues (which meant student meetings were chosen for the wrong days), I received prompt and thorough customer service to resolve the issues.

Pros

I liked being able to customize my meeting availability to particular days and times.

Cons

I didn’t like the time change issues it was having on my first run through with it, but those seem to be fixed now.

This software is very easy to integrate into the google workspace suite. It is very straightforward for scheduling and looks great on mobile.

Cons

It would be nice to see the appointments that are made in the same format as the appointment calendar for customers. But, it's not difficult to navigate the appointments

Pros

The ease of use. I love and appreciate the free version. I like the flexibility of it. I like the interface with google calendar for now. Not sure if I change out of google world what will happen!!!

Cons

So far it's perfect for me.... I don't have any complaints so far

Reason for choosing Koalendar

Koalendar was easy, straight to the point, and hassle free. And i love the free edition while I transition to a new business.
