Cons It is not clear on what time zone the user will see - would be nice to be able to open different slots for different time zones. It has taken so much stress and confusion out of scheduling parent/teacher conferences. I am going to use this from now on for scheduling conferences, even when we return back to in-person school. Pros I liked being able to customize my meeting availability to particular days and times. Cons It would be nice to see the appointments that are made in the same format as the appointment calendar for customers. I like the flexibility of it. I like the interface with google calendar for now. Not sure if I change out of google world what will happen!!! Cons So far it's perfect for me.... I don't have any complaints so far Reason for choosing Koalendar Koalendar was easy, straight to the point, and hassle free. And i love the free edition while I transition to a new business. I was able to get it set up and sent to students in about 5 minutes. Support was extremely friendly and is a real person rather than a robot or outsourced. Cons I wish there was a way to display open slots on different calendars at the same time. For example, we have studios 1, 2, 3, and 4 with openings throughout the day. It would be great if customers could see the availability on a given day in studios 1, 2, 3, and 4 all at the same time (on the same screen) and not have to visit multiple calendars to view each studio's availability. Pros I like the ease of use for students and parents to sign up for virtual parent/teacher conferences and for student tutoring sessions. It was simple to post a link and students and parents both seemed to have an easy time understanding how to sign up for times to meet with me. I like that Google Meets can be integrated.
