Out of the apps available, I found Koalendar reasonably priced, aesthetically pleasing, and also fairly user-friendly. I highly recommend Kaolendar for everyone's booking needs! Pros The app is reasonably priced and fairly user-friendly. The most important features for me are the group bookings/multi-attendee slots, coupon option, Google Calendar integration, and customizable confirmation email. The customer support team is also very responsive and helpful, as well as open to feedback on how to improve their product and services even more. Cons Since I am being forced to write a con, it would be the somewhat limited design and layout options. For example, there is no other text alignment except centered. Pros I've been using Koalendar for more than three years to manage bookings for my online language lessons, workshops, and teacher training sessions, and I'm very happy with it. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to set up. My clients and participants can book appointments without any confusion, which saves me a lot of time. The integrations work well, and the overall value for money is excellent. What really stands out is the customer support. The team is incredibly responsive and always takes the time to understand my questions. Even when a specific feature isn't currently available, they genuinely try to find a workaround or suggest the best possible solution instead of simply saying "no." Cons Koalendar doesn't currently have a way to authorize or hold a payment without charging it, or to automatically refund payments if the minimum number of participants isn't reached. I like how fast I could connect my Google Calendar and start accepting appointments online. The interface is clean, professional, and intuitive for both me and my clients. Guests can simply choose a time that works for them, and everything syncs automatically with my calendar. It’s very comparable to Calendly, but offers more flexibility at a lower price. Because I embed each booking calendar directly on my site, the customization options are a big deal for me. Koalendar makes this very easy. Pros Koalendar makes scheduling meetings incredibly easy. I use it for podcast recordings, coaching sessions, and general meetings. The Google Calendar integration works perfectly, and it embeds beautifully on my website.
