They also make it incredibly easy to demo the app, by simply uploading a resume, and returning a link to a response via email in just seconds. I'm still on the free version and developing my software, but the pricing structure is very competitive & is going to allow me to scale my business as it grows, without a heavy upfront annual commitment. Really looking forward to continuing to work through this! Cons 2 things:1. The first is minor, but while they do a lot of field level parsing for you, including skill sets, and summary of tasks (accomplishments), I'd love it if there was an option to request a json response that parsed the 'Experiences' > 'N' > 'Description' text into individual objects with the full text of each resume "bullet", instead of sending back all bullets under each experience as a single object. It's definitely not the end of the world; you can use js libraries, or even regex, to manage this after receiving the json, but it would be cool if this was done natively.2. Second isn't a complaint at all, more of an item on my wish-list. Pros Parsing a profile from a CV is very powerful and effective on almost major cvs that i tried, as i know there is no perfect parsing service world wide that works on every single CV however HRFlow seems very flawless and effective on high percentage of the parsings. Cons The deployment was not so smooth and i had to refer to the client service in order to activate a service or feature ..
