C'est simple efficace. L'accompagnement humain des Boondcoach est très stimulant, on sent l'énergie positive dans cette entreprise ! Pros Vous êtes une jeune entreprise et vous voulez vous simplifier l'admin avec un outil complet. Ne cherchez pas longtemps. Tous les modules sont inclues de bases, pas de coûts cachés. Il y a certes des grandes capacité de paramètrage mais c'est très efficace pour ne pas perdre son temps en administratif. Cons Comme il fait tout, forcement un ATS sera plus performant, un CRM sera plus performant. Mais est-ce que l'on utilise forcement toutes les fonctionnalités de tous ces outils. Pros Nous avons basculé récemment sur Boond manager et nous en sommes ravis. Les fonctionnalités sont très intuitives, nous avons gagné beaucoup de temps dans nos process. La mise en place fut assez aisée. Cons Le seul point un peu fastidieux fut pour nous de devoir retravailler tous les profils de notre base de données (plus de 1300 personnes) afin de mettre tout parfaitement au format pour pouvoir basculer dans Boond manager.
