Been using Vibefam for almost 3 years now and so far I enjoyed using it. It’s nice being able to manage everything from one platform instead of switching between different systems and also the data reports are quite convenient for me to analyse the scheduling and popular timings. There are plenty of features that genuinely help with day-to-day operations, from instructor payroll to member engagement tools like achievements. It's a platform that has grown alongside our business, and I can see it continuing to support studios as they expand.

Pros

The online booking website has been really easy for our members to use and from the admin side, setting up classes and attendance tracking is straightforward. In the beginning I do need to guide the members on that, but along the way they’re able to use it already. We simply create the class, assign the instructor, and we're ready to go. The onboarding was smooth and our team got comfortable with it pretty quickly. One thing I really like is that Vibefam supports more than just regular classes as a revenue stream. We also run events and free community runs, and members can register for those through the same platform. Whenever we've wanted something customized, the team has been open to discussing what's possible. I also appreciate that Vibefam keeps introducing new features. The member review feature is another nice touch but maybe only relevant after attending first class. Payments have been smooth too. Since Stripe supports local payment methods like PayNow and GrabPay, it's convenient for our members to make purchases without any hassle.

Cons

Like any software, there can be the occasional bug, but the support team has been responsive. Smaller issues are usually resolved quickly and if something requires more development work, they communicate the timeline clearly. One thing I have a slight issue was the cancellation of recurring membership, which need manual intervention when customers has fully utilised their membership credits and needed to cancel due to personal reasons. However, I have communicated this and team are fast to get to it.

When I was looking for gym management software, I wanted something that was easy to use, reasonably priced, and supported local businesses. Vibefam checked those boxes. It wasn't overloaded with features I didn't need and the onboarding process was straightforward. The team was very responsive during setup, which made launching the gym much less stressful. Overall, it's been a reliable system that's grown with us.

Pros

One of the biggest benefits of using Vibefam has been the online booking website. Members no longer need to message us to check class availability or ask how to purchase a membership. They can browse the schedule, book classes, and buy packages on their own, which has greatly reduced our administrative workload. We can also see where our bookings are coming from through the lead management system, whether it's ClassPass, WhatsApp, or other channels, giving us better visibility into how members find us. Since we offer both adult and kids' classes, the family account feature has been especially helpful. Parents can easily manage bookings for their children without having to create separate accounts for each child, making the experience much more convenient. We've also had a great experience with the integrated payment options. Through Stripe, our members can pay using familiar local payment methods such as PayNow and GrabPay. We also use VibePay, which allows us to accept payments directly from our phone, making in-person transactions quick and hassle-free. The ClassPass integration has also worked seamlessly alongside our direct bookings, so we don't have to juggle multiple systems or worry about syncing schedules. On top of that, having our own branded app available on both the App Store and Google Play gives our gym a much more professional presence while making it easier for members to manage their bookings. Another feature we really appreciate is the member review system. It allows members to leave feedback after attending a class, giving us valuable insights into their experience and helping us continuously improve our services.

Cons

We've come across a few minor bugs from time to time, which is fairly normal with any software. One area that could be improved is the chatbot. It's useful for answering common questions, but there are times when it isn't able to provide the information we're looking for. It would be great if conversations could automatically be handed over to a human support agent whenever the chatbot can't resolve an issue. That said, whenever we've reached out to the support team, they've always been quick to respond and have been very helpful in resolving any problems we've encountered.

Using Vibefam has made our daily operations much more organized. Everything from schedules and bookings to attendance and member feedback is in one place and easy to access, even while I'm on the go. Members are also notified with the automated marketing feature on the dashboard so no need for additional help from me in case class got cancelled, but it would be great if there’s an addition feature expansion to WhatsApp. It lets me focus more on teaching instead of worrying about administrative tasks, and it's reassuring to know the support team is always there if we need them.

Pros

As an instructor, the biggest advantage for me is how accessible everything is. I can check my schedule anytime from my phone through the app, which is really helpful since we run different types of sessions, but I only teach group classes. The booking and scheduling system is straightforward, so I always know who's coming to class and their necessary data too such as they are from ClassPass or not, etc. One feature I've really enjoyed is the member review feature. It's nice to receive feedback after classes, whether it's something positive or something I can improve on as an instructor. The platform was easy to learn even when I first started using it. The interface is clean and the support team has always been incredibly responsive whenever we've needed help or requested a feature.

Cons

There was an overlap booking issue that occured. There is a support team channel to raise the issue.

Overall, we've had a pleasant experience with Vibefam. The platform has made it much easier to manage all of our studio branches in one place and the team has been responsive and supportive whenever we've needed assistance. We also appreciate that they're open to customer feedback and continue introducing new features that help studios operate more efficiently.

Pros

A lot of features really helped our studio operations from an instructor point of view, such as easy online booking interface, class & instructor scheduling, memberships, and members management. We can adjust the attendance of the members, so if there’s an open slot, we can just add the members in. The interface feels clean and professional across the board. Beyond that, a few features have made a real difference for us at scale. We also launched our own branded app for both iOS and Android, which has made things much smoother for our members across all our locations. On top of that, the ClassPass integration has been great, helping us tap into a wider pool of potential members without the hassle to manually adjust the slot. Onboarding was really easy, just need to create an account and I can access it.

Cons

None so far. The support team has been responsive whenever we have questions, and they're always open to listening to and considering our feature suggestions.

Running our studio with Vibefam has genuinely elevated how we present ourselves and manage day-to-day operations. Between having reliable management software, professional website, and offering accessible local payment options, everything feels a lot more polished and streamlined. The support team is not disappointing even though we’ve engaged with them for sometime now. We're looking forward to exploring more of what Vibefam has to offer as we continue to grow.

Pros

Besides the all-in-one platform, another feature that really stood out for us is the AI Website Builder. We simply sent over our tailored prompt and it generated a website that genuinely looked like it was built specifically for us. We ended up with a beautiful, professional-looking website without needing any technical or design skills, which honestly would've cost us a lot more if we'd hired someone externally. We've also started using the email marketing feature on top of that, which has been great for keeping members informed and attracting potential new members without feeling too pushy or salesy. On the payment side, Vibefam supports local options via Stripe like PayNow, GrabPay, and Alipay, which has made it so much more accessible for our members to sign up and pay without any friction.

Cons

We did run into a few questions early on, mostly around getting familiar with some of the newer features or bugs. That said, the support team was quick to respond each time, so we never felt stuck for long..

As our studio is expanding, transitioning to Vibefam has been one of the better decisions we’ve made after evaluating various software alternatives in the US. The system does exactly what we need, like handling bookings, check-ins, packages and cancellations largely on its own, which frees us up to focus on actually running the studio. Our new website built by them is both very professional and functional, moreover it gives our community a strong online presence. They actively come up with new product development as well, and recently I learned they have the class achievements page for the members which can be a supportive feature to motivate their fitness journey. If you’re a studio owner who wants things to run smoothly and not get overwhelmed in admin, you may want to explore Vibefam further.

Pros

I’m satisfied with vibefam’s extensive features that actually helps us to grow the business, because it handles booking & scheduling, generates our own website, and clients can track their own packages (how many credits they have left). This was one of the challenges we experienced with our previous provider, which ultimately resulted in slower performance. The platform is also easy to use with the simple interface as proven by the members and those who are not that tech savvy. We also really like the member’s review section we can place on our website. Most importantly, the team has done a great job in making the migration very smooth as well. Initially we were nervous about moving over data in our old system because there might be cases where clients have unused packages measured in a different unit. However, the customer support team helped us convert everything and we could also import the client list via Excel, which is more efficient.

Cons

Nothing in particular. The support team has been absolutely great and we’re excited to continue the journey with Vibefam. Maybe just a small suggestion, a teacher saw time displayed as 1730 instead of a friendlier 5:30 / 05:30 format.

Functionality is top tier and I’m really satisfied with the customer support so far. My team thinks the software is simple to use as it has an admin dashboard to manage scheduling plus there’s mobile and web access which makes it convenient to check it from anywhere.

Pros

I initially had a concern in software migration because to me it felt complicated. However, the team assured me that it shouldn’t be an issue and they in fact did it very well. The team was really helpful as well in coaching the onboarding session for us to better utilize the different features. For the product itself, it definitely makes our day-to-day studio operations flow more efficiently and cleaner. We can track and manage different package types easily, such as our 50 & 100 class packs including the instructor scheduling tools. Since we have quite a big number of instructors and class sessions, bookings and cancellations are accurately documented for both the staff and members. The platform also supports 3rd party payment integration like Stripe that allows multiple payment methods including the PayNow and GrabPay options, so super relevant to my local members. Cons

We encountered some bugs due to software update in the past and overbooking issues since we also use another booking app called ClassPass. But it was quickly addressed and resolved by the team in a timely manner.

Overall, I’m happy with vibefam’s product that allows us to run the business smoothly. It’s a convenient tool to manage class booking with an intuitive dashboard.

Pros

I run a powerformer studio and have used vibefam for almost 1 year now. I booked a demo last year and did explore some other options, but we’re happy that we chose vibefam at the end. The platform is easy to use for both the back end and customer, and has a ton of useful features that are always evolving with our needs. There’s continuous useful product updates too, such as package share links and promoted class options that definitely help to boost online conversions for us studios. Another great thing about them is customer service has always been active and available whenever we need them.

Cons

Few lags happened once in a while but team support is quick and responsive so the issue is not a big deal for us.

It has been a positive experience for us using vibefam to support our fitness studio operations. We used to manage everything manually through Whatsapp, which was time-consuming for a lot of enquiries and bookings that went in. With vibefam now, handling bookings is a lot easier, monitoring business is more accurate through reporting, and members are satisfied with the platform.

First of all, when it comes to software selection, team support for clients is a very important consideration. With vibefam, I don’t have to worry about that because they’ve been very responsive and supportive. When we requested a feature for our studio, the team was quick to listen, engage, and provide assistance throughout the process. We think that their willingness to continuously improve the product gives us confidence that we’re working with a partner who genuinely cares about your success. Second, the product is intuitive and easy to use for our team members who have limited technical experience. Additionally, I’d like to personally compliment their AI website builder feature which was very useful and innovative. We were able to get our website up and running quickly within one hour. Since there’s an important event coming, we really appreciate the efficient process. Lastly, the reporting features also provide us with useful insights that could be used to evaluate and grow our business, such as member activity, inbound class bookings, etc.

Cons

We did experience some seasonal technical glitches and had some onboarding related questions in the beginning, but as I’ve mentioned previously, the team quickly handled the matter and assured us. They are knowledgeable yet patient and polite.

Our experience with vibefam has been very positive and we’re satisfied with it. Since implementing the system, it has become easier to monitor bookings, and keep members' data organized in one place. To us vibefam has become an important part of the studio’s growth.

Pros

Vibefam helps to simplify and organize our studio’s daily operations in one platform. Previously it was very tiring and challenging to handle everything everywhere manually, especially since we only have one admin. But with the software now, workflows have become more efficient with features such as scheduling and member management. Recently we even built our website with their AI website builder which is easy and quick! Members get to scroll and explore a bit more about our studio. But I do see there’s more positive opportunities to be added from this new feature. We notice improvements with the overall customer experience and member retention because of beginner friendly booking journeys, members can easily browse and book classes online. The auto-reminders are useful to the members as well. Their support team is also very quick and responsive whenever we have questions or encounter issues from the backend, very helpful in guiding us through the process.

Cons

Not applicable and if there’s any feedback, we believe the team is very patient and supportive to help us solve any concerns. Xendit have certain limitations due to the local regulations when it comes to online payment, but the team remains responsive and always provides an update.
