It's been reliable since we started. Pros Having my schedule on the mobile app has made the biggest difference for me as an instructor at my studio. I can check my classes wherever I am and everything stays easy to follow. Attendance tracking is simple too, marking who showed up for each class takes barely any time. Member management sits in the same place, so I'm not looking things up across different tools during the day. The platform is easy to use, clear to navigate, and helps me manage my schedule and classes more smoothly. I especially like that everything I need is in one place, from checking my timetable to viewing attendance and student feedback. It has made the day-to-day side of teaching more convenient and organised and overall it has worked well for my needs. Pros As an instructor, I mainly use Vibefam to check my schedule, see class rosters, and manage attendance before and after each session. It’s very user friendly and makes it easy to view my schedule in both monthly and daily formats, which gives me a clear overview. The Google Calendar sync has also been very useful, and so far I haven’t had any mismatch issues. I also like being able to see student feedback through the reviews feature. We’re still getting familiar with the system, but so far it has been stable, easy enough to manage, and helpful for our day-to-day operations. Pros We opened our pilates studio about a month ago, so we're still fairly new to running things day to day, but so far Vibefam has made getting started a lot easier. Instructor scheduling has been simple to set up and the booking website gives members an easy way to book classes on their own. I can track attendance and bookings without much effort and having a digital platform and app for members means they can book from their phone whenever it suits them. Setting up packages in the dashboard was straightforward too, including recurring monthly billing, which saves us from chasing payments by hand. Instructor payroll feature is also good although I will need time to explore further. Onboarding was nice and user-friendly from the start, and the support team has been great whenever we've had questions. Cons Since we only started using Vibefam about a month ago, we’re still learning and exploring its features. So far, the system has felt stable with no major glitches, and payments have been smooth. Booking, scheduling, memberships, and member management all live in one place, which makes the platform very functional and easy to use day to day. The branded app has also made things more convenient for members, and the overall system feels smooth and reliable. Support has stayed responsive throughout, which has been especially helpful as the studio has grown. Pros Between back-to-back classes, I don't have much time to deal with a clunky system, so having everything in one place has made a real difference. Booking, class and instructor scheduling (monthly view in the overview), memberships, and member management all sit inside the same platform, so I'm not switching between different tools during the day. A newer favourite feature is the automation that creates an IG Story version of our class schedule in the right format, which makes it much easier to share updates with our students. Our studio also has its own branded app on iOS and Android, which has made booking a lot easier for members across our locations. Pros I teach a few different classes at Airfit Dance, so having a schedule that’s easy to follow makes a real difference. I can see my own classes clearly and know exactly what I’m teaching and when. Class scheduling, booking, and local supported payment methods all sit in one studio management platform, accessible from phone or desktop, and it has made things more convenient for our regulars specifically. Support has stayed responsive throughout, which has mattered whenever something's needed a quick answer. Pros Class scheduling has been straightforward from the start and having a booking website for members means less manual admin work we should do. Being able to offer various packages, including group class, shareable packages, alongside private teaching for members who want that, has given us more flexibility in how we structure things without needing separate setups for each. Everything sits inside one platform and it holds up whether we're checking things from a phone between tasks or sitting at a desktop. Interface is user-friendly and intuitive the whole way through and the support team has genuinely been great whenever we've needed them. To me, the user interface is really important because I want the members to have the best booking experience. Cons Nothing significant to point to. It has helped simplify many of our daily administrative tasks while giving our members a seamless booking experience. As the studio has continued to grow, the platform has grown with us, and it's reassuring to know the team is constantly improving the product based on customer feedback. Pros As an instructor, Vibefam has made our daily operations much smoother. Everything we need, from online bookings and class schedules to memberships and member management, is available in one platform, so we don't have to switch between different systems. I also like that it's easy to update attendance or move members into available spots when there are last-minute cancellations. Our studio also launched its own branded mobile app through Vibefam, which has made booking much more convenient for members. The ClassPass integration has been another big advantage because bookings are synced automatically, so we don't have to manually manage available slots. The platform is straightforward to learn, and I was able to start using it with very little training. Cons I haven't run into any significant issues so far. Whenever we've needed assistance or had questions, the support team has been quick to respond and genuinely takes customer feedback into consideration when improving the platform.
