The system is straightforward to use, helps with class planning and attendance, and makes it easy to manage day-to-day operations. It has been a smooth experience overall, with only a few minor issues that have not been disruptive. Pros Running classes at our swim school, the best part of using Vibefam has been how simple and straightforward it is to use. The calendar view is especially helpful for checking each teacher’s classes by day or by week, and it makes day-to-day planning much easier. The system does exactly what we need, like handling bookings, check-ins, packages and cancellations largely on its own, which frees us up to focus on actually running the studio. Our new website built by them is both very professional and functional, moreover it gives our community a strong online presence. They actively come up with new product development as well, and recently I learned they have the class achievements page for the members which can be a supportive feature to motivate their fitness journey. If you’re a studio owner who wants things to run smoothly and not get overwhelmed in admin, you may want to explore Vibefam further. Pros I’m satisfied with vibefam’s extensive features that actually helps us to grow the business, because it handles booking & scheduling, generates our own website, and clients can track their own packages (how many credits they have left). This was one of the challenges we experienced with our previous provider, which ultimately resulted in slower performance. The platform is also easy to use with the simple interface as proven by the members and those who are not that tech savvy. We also really like the member’s review section we can place on our website. Most importantly, the team has done a great job in making the migration very smooth as well. Initially we were nervous about moving over data in our old system because there might be cases where clients have unused packages measured in a different unit. However, the customer support team helped us convert everything and we could also import the client list via Excel, which is more efficient. Cons Nothing in particular. The support team has been absolutely great and we’re excited to continue the journey with Vibefam. We’re still getting familiar with the system, but so far it has been stable, easy enough to manage, and helpful for our day-to-day operations. Our studio also launched its own branded mobile app through Vibefam, which has made booking much more convenient for members. The ClassPass integration has been another big advantage because bookings are synced automatically, so we don't have to manually manage available slots. Support has stayed responsive throughout, which has been especially helpful as the studio has grown. Pros Between back-to-back classes, I don't have much time to deal with a clunky system, so having everything in one place has made a real difference. Booking, class and instructor scheduling (monthly view in the overview), memberships, and member management all sit inside the same platform, so I'm not switching between different tools during the day. A newer favourite feature is the automation that creates an IG Story version of our class schedule in the right format, which makes it much easier to share updates with our students. Our studio also has its own branded app on iOS and Android, which has made booking a lot easier for members across our locations. But with the software now, workflows have become more efficient with features such as scheduling and member management. Recently we even built our website with their AI website builder which is easy and quick! Members get to scroll and explore a bit more about our studio. But I do see there’s more positive opportunities to be added from this new feature.
