Pros As a new studio owner it helped me to put structure around how i take bookings, receive payments, track my membership and manage marketing. The team were extremely helpful in walking me through the setup process and always on hand if i have any issues or don't know how to do something. Cons Initially the cost was a concern for me as i was starting with $0 revenue, i feel that the functionality and service has proved to be worthwhile, and now i consider the platform to be good value for money. Customer support response is always within 1 work day which is great. Cons Some limitations in the appointment booking systems that makes it rigid. Hope you can allow us to edit participants after setting up the appointment, rather than getting us to re-setup everything.
