It provides a more structured setup for managing classes and memberships and fits the needs of a boxing gym well. Pros Vibefam helps us manage both group and private boxing classes in a clear and organised way. Class schedules, attendance, and recurring memberships are easy to track, which reduces a lot of manual admin. The system supports how our gym operates day to day and gives us better visibility over memberships and class flow, making it easier to stay organised. The help support is convenient and fast to respond. Cons There are no major issues for us at the moment. Like any platform, there are areas that could improve over time, but nothing that affects daily operations. We have a dedicated WhatsApp chat with the team to get help and they have been very prompt. The support and the easy straight forward interface is what I like. And since it’s a relatively new company, we are seeing new features being rolled out, so being on Vibefam is certainly exciting and forward loooking Pros I like the support given, concerns are addressed promptly and that’s important for small business. Since we work at the same timezone, that allows us to work together more efficiently. Our customers also commented that the new interface is day and night as compared to the previous platform we were using. Being simple and straightforward is definitely a strength Cons To be honest, most questions I had asked before had been addressed. The whole experiences had been positive but if I were to really nitpick, I hope the app allows us to download the report directly on the phone. Currently, I can do them on the website version but it’s not a deal breaker, it’s just that I need to switch to chrome to download. Pros Efficient customer support, simple interface that is easy to use for both consumers and owner. I like the course function where they can book for an entire course of 6 lessons directly, without having to go through the hassle of buy credits individually. I also like the integrated Classpass system where we can manage both sides on the same platform. Cons Will be good if the courses allows students to use their existing credits to book. I know repeat bookings can be done on the backend, but if students can do this on their own it will be a bonus! Members can browse schedules, book classes, and purchase packages in one place, without being redirected to third-party platforms. From a studio perspective, it also simplifies how we manage classes and packages, while still feeling personalized and aligned with our identity. Before I use vibefam, I'm using excel to record my member due date and other. Now, I can click in vibefam to see which member package is expired and which member is not active. The system is highly customer-centric, backed by excellent client support. Cons The content is too text-heavy, which may reduce engagement. Incorporating more visuals, charts, or infographics would make it more appealing, easier to understand, and visually balanced for users. From a Singaporean to another, I appreciate that they have provided a strong product against other booking system solution. Pros Vibefam opened up alot of choices and opportunities for my leads and customers. With vibefam, they can see a clearer picture of the classes that are available. It is easy to use and the client support is very responsive. Class booking and membership management has been made easy alot more as I am able to track a larger number of customer database compared with using an excel sheet. Cons I think alot of functions that I want are in the higher tier. We moved from messy manual tracking to a clean, professional system. It's easy to use, and the recommendation we received from another studio was spot on Pros What I like most is the automated package and credit tracking. It has completely removed the manual work of managing payments. The student self-booking interface is also very intuitive and has made our schedule much more organized. Cons The app speed can be a bit sluggish at times, particularly when loading the schedule during peak hours.
