The system does exactly what we need, like handling bookings, check-ins, packages and cancellations largely on its own, which frees us up to focus on actually running the studio. Our new website built by them is both very professional and functional, moreover it gives our community a strong online presence. They actively come up with new product development as well, and recently I learned they have the class achievements page for the members which can be a supportive feature to motivate their fitness journey. If you’re a studio owner who wants things to run smoothly and not get overwhelmed in admin, you may want to explore Vibefam further. Pros I’m satisfied with vibefam’s extensive features that actually helps us to grow the business, because it handles booking & scheduling, generates our own website, and clients can track their own packages (how many credits they have left). This was one of the challenges we experienced with our previous provider, which ultimately resulted in slower performance. The platform is also easy to use with the simple interface as proven by the members and those who are not that tech savvy. We also really like the member’s review section we can place on our website. Most importantly, the team has done a great job in making the migration very smooth as well. Initially we were nervous about moving over data in our old system because there might be cases where clients have unused packages measured in a different unit. However, the customer support team helped us convert everything and we could also import the client list via Excel, which is more efficient. Cons Nothing in particular. The support team has been absolutely great and we’re excited to continue the journey with Vibefam. Maybe just a small suggestion, a teacher saw time displayed as 1730 instead of a friendlier 5:30 / 05:30 format. Pros First of all, when it comes to software selection, team support for clients is a very important consideration. Onboarding was smooth from day one. The team walked us through it without leaving us to figure much out on our own and we think the platform is cleaner by design. Since we're based in Singapore, having local payment options built in has made checkout genuinely painless for members, such as PayNow, GrabPay, and ShopBack cover pretty much how people actually want to pay here. We have our own professional website developed by another vendor but we can integrate the Vibefam scheduling widget seamlessly into it. I mostly check my upcoming classes right from my phone through the time table shown in the app, which is great and convenient. We offer a good mix of classes too, including 1-on-1 training sessions, and the platform handles all of that without any confusion. I was honestly surprised at how easy it was to pick up when I first started using it, there wasn't much of a learning curve at all. Attendance tracking has also been simple, I can see who showed up without any manual counting or paperwork. One thing I really appreciate is the newer member review feature, it's nice being able to see feedback from members after class, whether it's a quick compliment or something I can actually improve on.
