Customer service is also fairly prompt. But I do think there are a lot of bug issues to solve. Pros The interface is fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it. It's also one of the most affordable platforms in the market. Cons There are many times when the app and website will lag. You'll need to reboot frequently especially when you're searching for member names. July 9, 2026 5.0 Been using Vibefam for almost 3 years now and so far I enjoyed using it. It’s nice being able to manage everything from one platform instead of switching between different systems and also the data reports are quite convenient for me to analyse the scheduling and popular timings. There are plenty of features that genuinely help with day-to-day operations, from instructor payroll to member engagement tools like achievements. It's a platform that has grown alongside our business, and I can see it continuing to support studios as they expand. Pros The online booking website has been really easy for our members to use and from the admin side, setting up classes and attendance tracking is straightforward. In the beginning I do need to guide the members on that, but along the way they’re able to use it already. We simply create the class, assign the instructor, and we're ready to go. The onboarding was smooth and our team got comfortable with it pretty quickly. One thing I really like is that Vibefam supports more than just regular classes as a revenue stream. We also run events and free community runs, and members can register for those through the same platform. Whenever we've wanted something customized, the team has been open to discussing what's possible. I also appreciate that Vibefam keeps introducing new features. The member review feature is another nice touch but maybe only relevant after attending first class. Payments have been smooth too. Since Stripe supports local payment methods like PayNow and GrabPay, it's convenient for our members to make purchases without any hassle. Cons Like any software, there can be the occasional bug, but the support team has been responsive. Smaller issues are usually resolved quickly and if something requires more development work, they communicate the timeline clearly. One thing I have a slight issue was the cancellation of recurring membership, which need manual intervention when customers has fully utilised their membership credits and needed to cancel due to personal reasons. However, I have communicated this and team are fast to get to it. We used to manage everything manually through Whatsapp, which was time-consuming for a lot of enquiries and bookings that went in. With vibefam now, handling bookings is a lot easier, monitoring business is more accurate through reporting, and members are satisfied with the platform. Pros First of all, when it comes to software selection, team support for clients is a very important consideration. With vibefam, I don’t have to worry about that because they’ve been very responsive and supportive. When we requested a feature for our studio, the team was quick to listen, engage, and provide assistance throughout the process. Pros We have our own branded app, available on both iOS and the Play Store that has made booking noticeably easier for members. Vibefam checked those boxes. It wasn't overloaded with features I didn't need and the onboarding process was straightforward. The team was very responsive during setup, which made launching the gym much less stressful. Overall, it's been a reliable system that's grown with us. Pros One of the biggest benefits of using Vibefam has been the online booking website. Members no longer need to message us to check class availability or ask how to purchase a membership. They can browse the schedule, book classes, and buy packages on their own, which has greatly reduced our administrative workload. We can also see where our bookings are coming from through the lead management system, whether it's ClassPass, WhatsApp, or other channels, giving us better visibility into how members find us. Since we offer both adult and kids' classes, the family account feature has been especially helpful. Parents can easily manage bookings for their children without having to create separate accounts for each child, making the experience much more convenient. Great software and great team! Pros As a studio owner, having reliable software is very important because I run a multi-location pole & pilates studio. We  decided to migrate from a local system that charges us incredibly high that still requires manual processes. Vibefam provides everything we need to manage our studios effectively in one platform at an affordable rate. We cut the software cost by more than half of what it used to be. Additionally, we have a custom branded-app which helps our members with a more seamless booking experience and at the same time strengthens our brand presence.  Another thing that I really appreciate is the clean dashboard showing important information into studio performance, metrics, scheduling, and booking for our admin to operate.  Another highlight is the advanced payroll function that really simplifies our admin work and supports us to become a good workplace for our instructors. Cons It’s been a positive experience for us to engage with Vibefam, so no complaints so far. But maybe one issue we encountered most recently is on the payment page issue, as it doesn’t allow overseas credit cards to be used. However I understand that it’s an external constraint coming from the nation or local regulation instead of from the vibefam side and the team has promptly kept us updated and try to solve this matter. From a Singaporean to another, I appreciate that they have provided a strong product against other booking system solution. Pros Vibefam opened up alot of choices and opportunities for my leads and customers. With vibefam, they can see a clearer picture of the classes that are available. It is easy to use and the client support is very responsive. Class booking and membership management has been made easy alot more as I am able to track a larger number of customer database compared with using an excel sheet. Cons I think alot of functions that I want are in the higher tier. Vibefam just makes running classes so much smooth, I could also tell that the account manager has a great rapport with my bosses, the studio owners. Pros As an instructor, I love how easy vibefam makes managing my classes and bookings. The interface is intuitive, and I can quickly see which classes are full or have openings. Plus, the AI dashboard gives me great insights into attendance trends, which helps me plan better sessions for the members.
