Building multi-condition automations (like auto-closing jobs based on status) isn't always intuitive on the first try. Worth investing the time, but plan for some tinkering. Data hygiene is on you. Pros Jobtread has helped our residential remodeling company sell more jobs, produce them faster and with higher profitability. The customer service and community support behind the product is incredible. We use it from initial contact with clients, through design, the build process, change orders and even after close out to maintain relationships with previous clients. Pros Jobtread’s ease of use for me was a game changer, In estimating and sales. We began using the job tracking feature about two years later after we started and it also has been a game changer to know where our company is. Cons It’s really difficult to find a Con in a product that has provided so much. If I had to mention one, it would be the selection item would be the most difficult to use. However, following the tracking of the software and people putting work into it, this is a piece of the puzzle they are putting together. When they canceled my training sessions I needed to invoice for over $90,000 in work and it left me hanging and in a bind. I was able to Jump onto Jobtread on a Sunday morning and by Sunday evening I estimated $70,000 in work and build out for 60,000. Something that I was not able to do in months of training with builder trend. I have never been taken care of so well by a software company. They give their customers a white glove experience. Pros The value for money is incredible. It saves me hours on budgeting, estimating, and job costing. Very intuitive and the customer support is next level. They give you an account manager that helps you with anything you need. They are making improvements and adding features so the time. Love it. Cons Their CRM is pretty basic. But you can augment it with Zapier. They are getting more into automations now and I would love to see some AI features in the future.
