This is a time saver! Being able to review all the needed information in one spot is a game changer in my day, that can be spent away from reporting and office work, when the software does it for me. I am still “wowed” by all it does and cannot wait to share my experience with others to hear and see their excitement, like I experienced. No more data entry and wasted hours in my day!

Pros

The most impactful feature with HelloGM for me was it being Mobile friendly. With the HelloGM app on my cell phone, I am able to look up multiple business entity’s information. It is a “one-stop-shop” right at my fingertips with updates that are uploaded daily. It’s like having my own Assistant! The integration with our existing business processes was a smooth transition because the Team was able to work together and fast to make it happen; therefore, it was very easy.

Cons

The features that I have felt that are missing or needed improved that have been noted, where fixed immediately. It was a matter of different access titles for some who does, or doesn’t need all the financial information. HelloGM provided that already, but I was still being coached with the integration process and then learnt it. It wasn’t difficult to then understand the confidentiality behind the software was excellent. The helpful Team you work with, is just as amazing as the software. No cons yet! No regrets.

For me, who has been a GM for 20 years, it is a waste of my time. It adds an hour or more a day of office work when I could be on the floor. Everything reported on this site can be accessed easily by the owner through the hotelkey app. This just seems repetitive and tedious.

Pros

Guest payment reconciliations and ability to explain.

Cons

How the deposit amounts are calculated makes no sense. You can only deposit the amount of money that is dropped. Sometimes clerks end up short, yet I’m still expected to deposit money that may not be there. Also, there are a lot of booking.com discrepancies that come up but are not actually discrepant.

Pros

We are very satisfied with the service received by HelloGm and their team. it is one stop shop for my entire management for multiple hotels and identify's individual issues like 3rd party reconciliations and Review Mangement and adjustment to the folios and much more. We are very happy and utilize their service for more than 3 years now.

Cons

all is great. there isn't anything that not to like.

Among all of the software companies I have dealt with across multiple sectors, HelloGM is the top in delivering a quality, focused experience.

Pros

HelloGM simplified our night audit process. The HelloGM team has worked diligently to automate our reporting, and ensure accuracy.

Cons

I would like to be able to customize more inside of the UI to fit my needs. A "dark mode" would be wonderful.

Pros

I have to reconcile deposits with my bank accounts and also do third party reconciliations like booking, expedia. HelloGM makes it very easy. Other than that, it helps with digitizing night audit process, keep eye on my expenses and putting budget together.

Cons

want to see CLC reconciliations and Tax exempt calculations next. As per their pipeline, it is coming.

The reports being sent daily makes it quick and easy for me to review instead of spending a lot of time searching through my systems reports. Technical support is also amazing. The response time for questions and answers is top notch!!

Pros

I get a report daily sent to my email showing me all of my important information that is also sent to me in a bunch of different emails from another program. This makes it so convenient and easy for me!!

Cons

There is not anything I would change at this time about the program. It is very easy to navigate.

I like the software. It makes my job easier.

Pros

I like that I can sign in and see all my totals in one place. I love that it downloads the Night Audit and automatically sends the reports to all the Corporate Office .

Cons

Sometimes if we have a power outage or our system is down it doesn't download the night audit and I have to download them manually. I wish it would automatically correct this when a file is missing.

Reconciliation capabilities for OTA commissions, daily flash report, are our 2 most favorite features and why we have suggested so many ppl to look into it.

Great product! Allows managers to review reports in a user friendly setting. Also great for hotel owners with multiple hotel brands. This software integrates different hotel management systems into a easy to read display on HelloGm.

Pros

The software is very detailed and i can review all adjustments for the hotel. This lets me track how my money is taken in and refunded on a simple to read screen.

Cons

It can take a little more coding for specific properties for 100% usability.

Pros

We like how easy it makes reconciliation possible. Budgeting feature is also a plus and helps us manage and increase revenue. Also allocates hotel reviews and lets you know where you need to focus on.

Cons

Haven't had any major issues yet with functionality.

Best thing we like is the customization of the platform. We are able to discuss new possible features and implementation is quick! Love that we can see the feature changes so quickly especially across so many entities. It really streamlined the data for all the different brands for us.

Not issues yet, and any we thought we had a quickly resolved with feature and product adjustments.
