Cons Have trouble creating angles that are not default. Cannot always find products quickly in the cloud. Does not accurately price products. Cons It crashes often on me. Some features are difficult to use or require a lot of time to navigate thru to get the look you are trying to achieve -mostly when using furniture base mouldings. We love the fact you can even adjust the sun lighting; it is just so detailed and well thought out. Pros What I like the most about 2020 is the way that it is mostly intuitive and easy to use. Even before our training we were able to play around on it and learn a lot of things that we were able to utilize and get moving forward. Pros using the basic features is easy enough when it is off a pre set catalog on the cloud. Cons once you have to force toe kick molding for islands or show an over hang counter top the level of creativity and knowledge of program limitations become a head ache. if you don't know how to do the calculation set up for the kitchen line expect the quoting tool to be off and watch for any accessories that don't show up that you had added to design.
