I wish it was better suited for my needs - but I do more than cabinet design

Pros

The telephone support staff is very helpful

Cons

The library of 3D items is extremely limited - and items are weird - and when you find something remotely related to to the right shape you can't change dimensions.

Customer support sucks.

Cons

I went from The Fob based Design to the Live design during Covid. The product was awesome but wouldn't work on two of my work stations. I have one at home, one at the office and a laptop. I attempted resolution and level 3 never did reach out to me to help me. So, I chose not to renew my contract.

Cost is the only thing I can think of so good product.
