Pros Always someone to help, especially for someone who hasn't really been formally trained on the system Cons There are so may features, I do not know they exist. Love the integration of SketchUp within the program. Cons The cost compared to other software is a bit high, even with renewal discounts other competitors are cheaper with similar services. Sometimes buggy and will close unexpectedly. Customer service can be hard to reach at times. Pros Much easier to navigate through versus Pro-Kitchen and creates great photo-esque renederings to help sell jobs faster and more efficiently Cons it has become expensive to use and seems to still be a bit glitchy or problematic when software updates come into play. However, I find it very exciting to learn new things and explore all that I can accomplish with 2020 to grow my clientele. Pros I have to be honest; it took me a while to learn the 2020 program. I am still learning new things every day. I am quite impressed with the 2020 learning videos. They are so helpful and it's nice to go back and revisit them when I am not quite sure how to do something. It's so nice to show clients plans, elevations and perspectives and be able to keep them all nice and organized. Cons The thing I like less about 2020 is all the abbreviations. Each of our cabinet lines have a very long line of abbreviations and the different cabinet companies don't always use the same code which can be very confusing. Review Source JM Jamie M. Cons Rendering Module, Front View is choppy, and not fluid, as the module resets to 100% every time the view is changed. It's quite slow and frustrating to use.In addition, when printing from the Rendering Module, I frequently get a blank diagram with only the page outline printed. This requires me to close 2020 entirely and log in again.Lastly, when choosing and modifying the attributes of a fridge, specifically REF.2D.1DW36, from the ROOM\_APP catalogue, 2020 freezes, shuts down completely, and until recently, I cannot report the issue.Tidying up these few things would create a better user experience and increase my approval rating. I also add in their flooring, backsplash and paint colors to give them a "real" look at how the project will finish out. Pros I love the options available to modify your designs and give customers a true idea of their finished project will look like! It is fairly easy to use once you've learned your way around. Customer support has always been helpful! Cons I wish when we updated to a new manufacturer catalog, our information (doorstyles/colors etc) could transfer over. Pros Switching to 20-20 Live provides me fast high quality color renderings that turn into profitable sales. The 20-20 Cloud includes several design elements I need. Improvements in lighting, decorative furniture and more would be helpful. Cons There needs to be more cabinet and other kitchen and bath product manufactures. Pros Perspectives, elevations, floor plans. Way faster than hand drawing! Great time saver. Clients love the presentation, they can see what their kitchen will look like! Cons Complicated to get the most out of it! I’m sure it’s because I just upgraded and need a little time to adjust. Reason for choosing Design Flex I’ve been using 2020 since 1990, boxes on the wall. I’ve had 4 licenses in my 2 design centers before semi-retiring. I now work out of my house I can get away from doing kitchens, I love the finish product! 2020 is a huge help! Pros Relatively easily to learn the program without someone to train me in the office. Cons The program seems to lose connection to the internet and wont let me re-sign in to 2020. Even when internet connection is good, I can't always get access to the cloud browser. Sometimes those items won't load and then just disappear. I typically have issues with the countertop wizard and have to manually adjust a lot.
