Pros

It's simple to set up and configure and customize. It also helps people that need help on our website!

Cons

I have had a difficult time reaching out account manager to enable pro through our Level Access account. Once we have that set up I will be happy.

I got the UserWay widget because we want to help out all of our patients including ones that are special needs and to make our website accessible to everyone. We get a lot of compliments but we hope that is from all potential clientele.

Cons

It's really easy to use and I cannot think of a con about the widget. The only con is the price in my opinion.

I've used userway for years. It's quick, easy to implement and the customer service is FAST if there are issues, which I appreciate.

Pros

I love that it's easy to implement, the customer service is friendly and efficient, and the translation feature is really great to have on top of the main widget.

Cons

I don't have anything to say about least liked features. Although with the rise of AI I hope that potentially the pricing of PDF accessibility will become more economical.

I have not complaints about UserWay Accessibility. We have not run into any errors on our end that make the product hard to use for us or our clients.

Overall, I think UserWay is a great starting point if you want to make your site more accessible without getting overwhelmed. It gave me peace of mind knowing I was taking real steps in the right direction.

Pros

I found UserWay super easy to set up—it took just a few minutes to get the widget live. The accessibility features are clear and helpful, like adjusting font sizes or toggling contrast, which I imagine would make a real difference for users with disabilities. I also liked that it nudged me toward better compliance without needing to dive deep into code.

Cons

Some accessibility issues still need manual work or developer help. The AI-generated alt text isn’t always spot-on, especially for more complex visuals.

Overall I would say that the has been an invaluable part of our eCommerce experience. It allows us to better serve all demographics who may be interested in our product offerings while remaining legally covered.

Pros

I appreciate the ability to customize the UserWay widget and implement it in a lot of various, intuitive ways. It's an out of the box solution that can cover your ADA needs, while being implemented in a unique and custom way that fits your brand voice and style guidelines.

Cons

The default implementation of the widget is slightly intrusive and takes up a little bit too much real estate, but UserWay offers many ways to have the widget only triggered when needed, as well as customizing the placement and size of the widget selector.

I found their plugin through a Google search, the installation is really easy (I used GTM) When I had a misunderstanding and contacted their support, they responded in less than half a minute with patience and kindness. As an engineering consulting firm that also provides accessibility services www.eliav-eng.com I will undoubtedly recommend this plugin to all my clients.

Pros

A user-friendly toolbar for site users and designed with a high user experience. This free plugin is a huge advantage

Cons

I found no downside. I believe this plugin surpasses all others.

It has been a great experience. Being part of the partnership program is an added bonus.

Pros

The ease of deploying the widget, the features and the ability to manage from the widget itself on a client website, rather than logging in to UserWay to manage the widget, like other companies make you do. The ability to add team members to specific widgets for specific websites is such a huge plus, allowing developers to customize their widget according to requirements, based on their website.

Cons

There isn't particularly one at this moment. We have deployed the widget to a handful websites so far and we love the product and the pricing. One thing that can be better is the analytics that UserWay use, the website traffic is counted by page visits instead of page views, which can make a huge impact on the billing for some.

The best part is the technical support Userway have. They are one of the best and tries to investigate and fix issues that are limited to the installed platform.

Pros

Technical Support was the best thing that I liked about Userway. Their efficiency and attitude to solve the issues reported are much appreciated.

Cons

Pricing is still a bit on higher side. There are features that we dont use. May be if there are some flexible pricing based on unused / not needed features, it will be great.

Overall, my experience with the UserWay plugin has been really positive. As a web manager and user of our website, I find using the UserWay app on desktop and mobile seamless and really helpful. I always find when another website implements the UserWay widget, it always enhances my experience.

Pros

Visually, I think the widget is really appealing on our homepage, and it doesn't feel intrusive to your overall experience when interacting with the website, while also providing functionality and accessibility to users. I also enjoy the customization options within the management tab, such as color, icon appearance, and button location. Additionally, the options provided in the trial version of the app go above and beyond some of the other accessibility widgets that we tested.

Cons

I initially had some trouble successfully signing into the widget on our WordPress site. It said that the user that downloaded the plugin was Team \[sensitive content hidden\], and I was unable to make any changes through our dashboard, and on a few occasions, I got a notification that there was an Account ID Mismatch, which caused us some trouble. Luckily, I reached out to a UserWay customer service representative, and they assisted me in resolving the problem quickly and efficiently.

Excellent. So much better than their competitors.

Pros

I used to think that all these widgets were the same, but after trying two of their competitors and being unhappy with their usability and the company's support, I gave UserWay a try. Three years later, I still use them, which says a lot. The other big plus is their excellent support. I have always had a good experience with them if I had an issue. I highly recommend them.

Cons

I find the pricing delta between their smallest package and the one above it to be too large in price and page views. I wish they had one more pricing tier between the two. That's the only con I have.

How easy it was to install and use. Trying to implement something in house would take a long time and budget, this was such an easy option to use.

The widget is a great addition to any site and support is helpful and responsive. Hard to go wrong with UserWay.

Pros

Lots of user-driven accessibility tools, which offer utility to individuals who specifically need them but also anyone else who wants to customize their experience viewing a website. Highlighting links, for example, is a tool for everyone. Pretty nifty and reasonably priced for peace of mind.

Cons

Needed to reach out to support to clear an account ID mismatch issue, but it was a quick fix. Also had a little snag with switching from direct code injection to GTM deployment, so perhaps the instructions could be clearer, but that could also be user error.
