The user interface is clean and well organized which makes working in the dashboard a breeze. The system really simplifies our payroll processing and job costing, which saves us a lot of time. Since you wrote this we've added crew scheduling and direct payroll publishing to Procore, CMiC, Vista, Foundation, Sage, Acumatica, HCSS, ComputerEase and QuickBooks, so hours now flow from the jobsite to your accounting system without re-keying. Now we have no more paper timesheets, no more calling and emailing to get hours from the field. I finally feel like we have control over our Time and Attendance and MobiClocks has cut our payroll processing time in half. Pros Face Recognition and Geo-Fence is exactly what we needed on top of that I was able to automate most of our payroll. Cons I'm still trying to find the cons. can't think of anything right now. Cutting payroll processing time in half is the result we care most about, and "no more calling and emailing to get hours from the field" is the best description of the problem we've heard. Face recognition and geofencing have both improved since 2021 (liveness detection now stops photo spoofing), and payroll can publish straight into your accounting system.
