My concern is the continuing technical and business-representation problems and the considerable amount of time I have spent trying to get them corrected. I participated in multiple Zoom calls with Roomvu and received assurances that the issues would be addressed. On September 4, 2026, support emailed me stating that a reported issue had been resolved. I subsequently tested the contact feature myself by submitting my information as a prospective customer, but I did not receive the expected communication or notification. After months of trying to make the service work properly for my mortgage business, I have now formally requested cancellation and a refund. I will update this review based on how Roomvu ultimately handles my request. Pros The concept of having marketing, social media content and an online presence managed in one place was attractive. The platform has potential, which is why I stayed with it for several months and spent considerable time working with support trying to resolve the problems. Cons My biggest concern has been the amount of time spent trying to correct recurring technical and branding issues. On June 15, I was promised a callback from their support team — it never came. I scheduled another appointment on June 18 to get answers about my billing issue. During that call, the system said it was connecting me to a live agent, then simply disconnected. Very hard to get anyone on the phone and you have to email them to cancel and then they do not respond but keep charging you. I wrote some bad review on Trustpilot and Google and they offered me a refund if I would take down my reviews and not post again. When I told it felt like blackmail. They responded with I took it the wrong way and they would refund "with no strings attached" Then in the next email they asked me to do them "a favor" and remove the reviews again to get my refund. Apparently, they do not understand the concept of doing the right thing and not cheating people to get the good reviews.
