### "Don’t go for platinum or diamond subscription scam"

Pros

The basic subscription and reels work fine. I was a basic subscriber for 3+ years and then they sold me a platinum subscription. The system and design they sold me is totally different and I can say it is a scam.

Cons

The platinum/ branding/ diamond subscription is a scam. They don’t do any effort for design or add up only a few templates. They just plugged in to some other apps ex. Constant contact, and trying to get a free ride from your hard earned money.

### "Good concept bad follow through "

I didn’t feel like they valued my business. When I called for help they were rude dismissive. They made me feel like they couldn’t care less about retaining my business.

The concept seemed to fit what I was trying to accomplish regarding social media marketing. It’s different than what everyone else is doing

Cons

Roomvu’s support has been incredibly frustrating. On June 15, I was promised a callback from their support team — it never came. I scheduled another appointment on June 18 to get answers about my billing issue. During that call, the system said it was connecting me to a live agent, then simply disconnected. I’ve been a paying customer trying to resolve a legitimate account problem, and instead of help, I got broken promises and a dropped call. Their support system isn’t working, and their team isn’t following through. Very disappointed.

### "turning referral to bad review "

it was OK, i was one of the very fist agent using their service since they started years back and my plan was good value for the money spent as I do not see any extra value for the more money. they told me that the plan is not available anymore and i will continue on that price unless I stop paying for it. my payment was stopped and i was not sure why as the credit card is working and i have it set up with automated payment through paybal. contacted them and they said they did not know why that happened and they could not offer the same plan so i said ok and just did not signed up. i was called again from their sales team and I clearly told them i am only interested in that 20/m plan and i do not want to waste my time to go to your presentation and you can not offer that plan so if that the case I am not interested and they agreed however when i went to the meeting same thing they confirmed that the payment issue is from their side and they cant offer same plan again and wasted my time. that is how they turn an advocate to bad comment

Just the automated created videos, give you some social media posts that fill your social media with some content.

Cons

it is very generic information and some times not very accurate and you do not have much control of it.

No customer service in rral time, you need to sinf for workshops but they dont have availability for the next 3 days. Another company created by the same lower quality standards they used to deliver back in ther homeland

I didnt like much. It is a low quality, repetitve, automated IA system postinf the same info with a lot of mistakes, low quality visuals. Your social medial will look like a spam adter a while

Cons

Their selling camping primosing services that they can not deliver and charging you upfront, us refusing to reimburse you for the months you dont want to receive their services anymore

I caution anyone to thoroughly vet Roomvu before sending them any money. You will learn that many people have been utterly devastated by working with them. "Working with them" is a misnomer because there's ZERO customer service! Check out the reviews at TrustPilot, Better Business Bureau and Google reviews. They offer a 7-day performance guarantee that's absolutely BOGUS! They will schedule your onboard appointment meeting after the 7-day period, thereby nullifying the performance guarantee. All communications are by bot. You will NEVER speak to a real person unless it's to promise results that never come. Beware! Do not do business with Roomvu--not to mention they're based in Canada, so you can't even sue them!

Pros

I cannot think of a single positive thing about this Canada-based company. When they rip you off, you can't even sue them.

Cons

Bot...bot...bot... That's all Roomvu knows how to do. Zero customer service! I seriously doubt that any positive reviews are genuine.

### "Overpromised and Underdelivered!"

Roomvu overpromises and underdelivers. The platform isn’t user-friendly, support is almost impossible to reach (disconnected numbers, AI that doesn’t resolve issues, no live staff), and tutorials are nonexistent. Their “7-day refund guarantee” is misleading, and subscriptions auto-renew unless you email to cancel. As a Realtor, I signed up to save time on social media — instead, I’ve wasted more of it. I do not recommend and will not renew.

Pros

Honestly, I was very hopeful that this system would help free up my time, but unfortunately, its the opposite.

Cons

It is impossible to reach a live person unless you set up a Zoom call, and that will be at least 24 hours from the time you schedule, if you are lucky. Phone number on Google is disconnected \[sensitive content hidden\], other number \[sensitive content hidden\] is AI.

Didnt like anything, I asked for a refund and they denied it. I paid $860 did not get not 1 lead. they stuff is outdated.

### "Buyer Beware!"

Buyer Beware! This company is one of the worst I have ever worked with. I made the mistake of paying one year in advance. The customer service is lacking, and follow-through is almost non-existent.My biggest beef is how this service is not indeed setup for Lona officers, and since they are based in Canada, they don't truly understand that financing in the USA is different with different laws and guidelines.They also will create and post videos promoting my competition.I could write so much more, yet if you are looking for help with your marketing, I would recommend going elsewhere.

THEY SIGNED ME UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION I DID NOT ASKED FOR OR KNEW ABOUT UNTIL THEY STARTED CHARGING ME. I CLICKED A LINK FOR A FACEBOOK AD AND IMMEDIATELY PAID. THEN WHEN NOTHING HAPPENED, THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR PLATIUM SERVICE TO GET MY ADS RUN. I REFUSED BUT THEY SIGNED ME UP ANYWAY USING MY CARD I USED TO PAY FOR THE FACEBOOK ADS. AND THEY STILL REFUSE TO ADMIT WRONGDOING AND LIE. I also got calls from sales wanting me to pay $2200! Then other salespeople call and tell me they can so the same thing for $1000! IT IS A MONEY GRAB! On their website its $69.00 a month paid yearly. But it gets you nothing. The ads are extra. ITS A MONEY GRAB AND THE SUPPORT MANAGER IS IN IRAN NOT AMERICA!

NOTHING. What I have learned: They offer you something that does not work. You do not get leads from their ads because there is nowhere to click to capture a lead. they deceive you by making you think you are paying for Facebook ads, but they will not run until you pay another fee for their subscriptions when you say no. They do it anyway.

Cons

I do not give this company any points for being a honest company. They are deceptive and dishonest. It's a money grab and they refuse any refunds. If you have a subscription and try to cancel, they will still charge you for months. Very hard to get anyone on the phone and you have to email them to cancel and then they do not respond but keep charging you. I wrote some bad review on Trustpilot and Google and they offered me a refund if I would take down my reviews and not post again. When I told it felt like blackmail. They responded with I took it the wrong way and they would refund "with no strings attached" Then in the next email they asked me to do them "a favor" and remove the reviews again to get my refund. Apparently, they do not understand the concept of doing the right thing and not cheating people to get the good reviews.

### "Cancelations, Refunds and customer service"

Terrible company! They steal your money! Many complaints in the BBB.

Sometimes good posts. There is not much positive to say about this company.

Terrible customer service. They never pick up the phone. You need to send multiple emails for someone to reply. They do not provide what they promise. I have been trying to get a refund and cancelation for a week since the posts in my social media are with typos, and I upgraded to be able to link to my YouTube channel but it does not work. Not YouTube support has been able to help, or a special guy I hired with social media expertise. I have paid a manual membership for $1,400 and still have this terrible customer service and they have not refunded or canceled yet. I was finally able to have a manager call me back, and he stated first they would not refund and then he needed authorization from the \[sensitive content hidden\] to give a refund, and would call me back. Days have passed and nothing has been solved, and no callback. I have not been able to use the service I paid for, and still, they are not refunding. This is a scam! I bought a service that does not connect to the social media is intended to. Paid for air!

### "Very poor customer service"

You will be reached by many different people after you request a Demo. Salesperson just tried to push and sell you the most expensive package without knowing your business and needs. They promised you they will provide convenience and best service in the future before I bought one year package, but they don't keep the promise. After they helped me to upload the contact once, I have sent several emails to the IT person and ask for upload more contacts and never got response back. Their product is cool, but the service and sales are terrible.

Pros

Automate video content is delivered to all my social media saved me a lot of time.

Hard to reach to the service team. Poor service

### "No Customer Service!"

I asked them to change the brokerage logo on my ads 3 months ago, they still have not done it. I'm getting problems wit RECO and the customer service does not care.

Some videos that all agents are using at the same time.

Lots to list. The worse one is their customer service. They DO NOT do anything. Don't waste your money.
