I have been working with Event Cinemas for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that CM3 is one of our best systems. I absolutely love it and would highly recommend it to any business.

Pros

I really appreciate receiving live email notifications when a contractor signs in, rather than having to rely solely on their word. It’s far better than using a sign-in book, which can easily get lost and lacks any reliable record. Additionally, I love that the notification includes the contractor’s mobile number, providing me with a name and contact number that’s easily accessible both in the moment and for future reference.

Cons

Just last week, a contractor signed in, and I received an email notification. It wasn’t a service I booked or was aware of. The notification was great because I could call the contractor directly on their mobile to ask what they were doing at my site and why they were there. This saved me from having to search around to find them. However, I wished I could simply send a message from the email notification to their app or mobile number to get the same information. A text box within the email for me to ask, ‘Hi, I am the general manager at the location you just signed in at. Could you please let me know what you are working on today?’ would be very helpful. This would provide an extra record of their activity and save me from having to call them or log into the website, which can be very time-consuming.

Overall, I've been an active user in the last 4 years and found it a really good portal.

Pros

This is a one stop shop to manage all contractors insurances and safety documents. You can also assign multiple sites to each contractor.

Cons

Cm3 has still not mandated contractors licences and qualifications which ai believe very important.

Prompt service delivery. Site is any to navigate. Good portal format and content.

Pros

The systems and portals used are very thorough and detailed. Contractors insurances and credentials are check by the audit team.

Cons

Expired and dormient contractors should be remove from the screens and sent to an archived system. Operators sometimes over complicate and misinterpret questions asked and requests.

Overall, its fairly simple and easy enough to navigate once you have sorted out the little quirks and nuances. Marketplace is also a handy tool as CM3 is a gateway to eligibility to work for our organization. So, checking that box off via marketplace makes things more streamlined for engagement

Pros

Quick easy check for compliance, insurance currency and management of the induction process for our organization.

Cons

Some of the functions aren't intuitive or where you would expect them to be so from a usability perspective elements can be cumbersome

I like that CM3 take control over what are the basic requirements. Of what is required to keep our contractors safe.

Database could use some bug fixes. At times I find it difficult to find a contractor I already know is on Cm3

Pros

We use Cm3 to help with our document management between our state offices and also manage our regular contractors we have sign in to different sites. I particularly like the safety management program we're able to implement and record that all contractors have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.

Cons

The GUI interference could be more pleasant to work with. Sometimes the search functionality is a little confusing.

We previously had issues of determining who was on/offsite. Not any more with Cm3

Pros

Cm3 allows me to monitor all contractors on-site at any number of our buildings in real-time.

Cons

Some contractors have difficulty with the induction process.
