General Manager Entertainment Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "General Manager " August 7, 2024 4.0 I have been working with Event Cinemas for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that CM3 is one of our best systems. I absolutely love it and would highly recommend it to any business. Pros I really appreciate receiving live email notifications when a contractor signs in, rather than having to rely solely on their word. It’s far better than using a sign-in book, which can easily get lost and lacks any reliable record. Additionally, I love that the notification includes the contractor’s mobile number, providing me with a name and contact number that’s easily accessible both in the moment and for future reference. Cons Just last week, a contractor signed in, and I received an email notification. It wasn’t a service I booked or was aware of. The notification was great because I could call the contractor directly on their mobile to ask what they were doing at my site and why they were there. This saved me from having to search around to find them. However, I wished I could simply send a message from the email notification to their app or mobile number to get the same information. A text box within the email for me to ask, ‘Hi, I am the general manager at the location you just signed in at. Could you please let me know what you are working on today?’ would be very helpful. This would provide an extra record of their activity and save me from having to call them or log into the website, which can be very time-consuming. Review Source JH Jun H. We have managed to migrate 97% of our contractors over to CM3 and worked through the experience and process with them. Our business requires that they are CM3 compliant and this system manages the process.The benefits of using the system are obvious - up to date platform on all levels of compliance.Fantastic support team from CM3 has been enormously helpful. They are insightful, solution motivated and always willing to assist with issues or problems. Most importantly, patient in the early days on using the system. Pros The contractor database is invaluable as an overview. Very easy to use - easy to manage contractors in all capacities. Simple methods of invites, and management. Integrates well with our company's needs. Cons The least redeeming feature of this product is that at various times, updates are not shown, and little hiccups and mix up in variables with ABNs have occurred which has been frustrating at times. Reason for choosing Cm3 It was recommended to us by our Manager/Director. No previous products were used, tried or tested. Cons Expired and dormient contractors should be remove from the screens and sent to an archived system. Operators sometimes over complicate and misinterpret questions asked and requests. Marketplace is also a handy tool as CM3 is a gateway to eligibility to work for our organization. So, checking that box off via marketplace makes things more streamlined for engagement Pros Quick easy check for compliance, insurance currency and management of the induction process for our organization. I particularly like the safety management program we're able to implement and record that all contractors have read and agreed to our terms and conditions. Cons The GUI interference could be more pleasant to work with. Sometimes the search functionality is a little confusing. IMS Manager Construction Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Can't upload what I don't have" December 14, 2022 2.0 Occasionally there is a disconnect between the client and CM3 regarding what type of "membership" we can sign up to. As a supplier we stuck in the middle. The "membership" provides us with no benefits other than meeting client compliance requirements. We have never amended our WHS MS based on the unsolicited feedback from CM3. Pros Fee structure is not dependent on number of clients - at least I don't think it is. But who would know? Cons We have a number of entities operating under our umbrella company but because they have different ABNs we have to create an account for each. The information we provide is exactly the same, the client is often the same, but we get charged the same amount each time. There is no transparency regarding the risk profile or fee structure. Our risk profile increased because we have ISO certification! No one can tell me how that works.Automated reminder emails start 8-12 weeks before documentation expires and are then received every week. Can't upload what I don't have.
