With trust, I bought the trial version to review the product on Jan 31st. For the trial period I was connected to \[sensitive content hidden\] - unhappy with the features and user experience, I had a couple of meetings with him to point this out but he said it cannot be changed. I therefore cancelled both on the website and shared on email my ‘Request for Cancellation’ explaining why the product wasn’t suitable for my business on the 7th day of the trial period (Feb 7). Just a HORRIBLE & UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Even though we’ve clear email proof for all of this - we’re unable to do anything! For small Creators and Entrepreneurs like us when every day causes severe inconvenience and business loss to us - this established company cheating us is miserable. Don’t ever TRUST GRAPHY and THEIR LIES - NEVER BUY FROM THEM! Please Stay Away and share the word in your network, really hope nobody who is an educator goes through this!
