Working with Easol has been great and their team is the best of the best. It's helped elevate our quality of work and how we think about the work that we do.

Pros

The way Easol is configured is incredibly user friendly and easy to learn. As someone who is not well versed in backend ticketing and website builds, it was a non issue to pick up, learn and run with the platforms functionality. It is both a ticketing and sales platform as well as a website in one which makes workflows and operations seamless. It eliminates the need for separate builds and minimizes user error.

Cons

Overall there is a lot of manual work needed in the backend. There are a handful of scenarios where you will need to manually update the same thing in various places, however, I think these elements can be simplified in the future.

Overall, our experience has been extremely positive. Easol has become a key part of how we sell and deliver our music-led travel experiences. The platform enables us to build attractive, conversion-focused customer journeys while giving us the flexibility to create products that would be difficult to achieve on more traditional booking systems/ ticketing platform. Combined with an outstanding support team and a clear commitment to product development, it has been a pleasure working with Easol.

Pros

Easol has been a fantastic partner to work with. The team consistently provides excellent customer service, is highly responsive, and genuinely listens to feedback. It feels like a collaborative relationship rather than a supplier relationship. From a platform perspective, the flexibility and level of customisation are a huge strength. The website builder allows us to create branded customer journeys that align with each event, rather than forcing us into a standard template. We're also continually impressed by the pace of innovation. New features are released regularly, and it's clear the product is evolving based on customer feedback and real-world use cases. That gives us confidence that the platform will continue to grow alongside our business.

Cons

As our business has grown into delivering complex, multi-product travel experiences, we've found that some operational workflows still require manual workarounds. There is an understandable focus on the customer-facing journey, but we'd love to see continued investment in back-office operational tools. Areas that would have the biggest impact for us include: -More advanced operational reporting and exports. -Stronger automation for supplier and fulfilment workflows. None of these are blockers, but they would significantly improve efficiency for businesses operating at scale. For more complex events, designing and implementing new pricing structures, package logic and booking flows can sometimes take longer than anticipated. Whilst the platform is incredibly flexible, translating complex commercial models into the system can require careful configuration and testing. Continued investment in making these workflows quicker and more intuitive would help reduce setup time and improve speed to market.

Very positive - great platform and easy to set-up and use. Love the website builder function. Great team to work with, very supportive and go the extra mile.

Easy to use platform, easy to navigate on the back end. Good analytics and can set-up various dashboards. Really like the website builder and being able to amend the different blocks, easy for the whole team to use or update when required. Nice booking flow and easy to amend. Usability of everything is brilliant. Also fantastic team - very helpful - Dalmita especially is amazing!! No rebate charges and good value yearly fees.

Cons

No support on customer comms but appreciate the reasons why. No way to streamline customer comms though - would be great if there was a bot option to add to the website to answer questions.

10/10, would recommend to anyone thinking of using the platform

Pros

ince we joined Easol in 2022, they've been fantastic for our brand. Their websites are dynamic, and their ticketing platform handles high traffic seamlessly during onsales. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues. A special shout-out to Dalmita, who consistently pulls off the impossible, delivering large projects on tight deadlines. Their reporting is second to none and enables us to own all of our data that is often withheld on other ticketing platforms. Easol is the way forward for any promoter!

Cons

Work needs to be done around payment plan reporting, guestlist management and chargeback defences, but other than this, its a fantastic platform

For the last 2 years that Ive been working with Easol the process has been amazing! The agents are super committed to help and support every step of the way!

All the possibilities that that the platform has, its very complete. Also the constant help and support from the agents its AMAZING

Cons

Not a con, but as someone that is an entrepreneur juggling almost everything by myself, I would like to learn how to to read the metrics of the web, SEO, google, and also the revenue etc. The platform has a LOT of valuable date and insights that will help to grow the traffic to the web. But I don't know how to use it, and cant afford to pay someone to teach me or explain to me!
