Customer Loyalty has been an excellent tool for both our firm and our clients as it has enhanced the relationship that we have. In addition, rewards and gift card management has resulted in increased customer base for our firm.

Pros

I liked both Loyalty cards and Loyalty program the most as they make customers see their value for belonging to a particular program.

Cons

I gave no dislikes for Customer Loyalty since it has enhanced our relationship and trust with our customers

Evaluatie van de behaalde resultaten mis ik. Als ondernemer zouden we meer ondersteuning mogen verwachten van Piggy over de behaalde resultaten van de software en hoe dit nog verder te verbeteren is. Dus de software acties nog optimaliseren per bedrijf. De ondernemer hier zelf ook wel verantwoordelijk voor, maar door gebrek aan tijd komt ik er meestal niet toe om ea te evalueren.

Pros

Geeft inzicht in klant gedrag. De software helpt wel met het opbouwen van contact met nieuwe klanten.

Cons

De prijs wordt vastgesteld bij aankoop ,op basis van de hoeveelheid emailadressen die je hebt opgebouwd . Maar data die ouder dan bv 1 jaar is is niet meer relevant voor de klant.

Goede oplossingen, denken graag mee en leggen alles goed uit!

Pros

Gemakkelijk te gebruiken. Veel functionaliteiten.

Cons

Je moet er even voor gaan zitten om het te begrijpen en er ook tijd in stoppen om alles eruit te halen wat mogelijk is. Maar is zeker de moeite waard!
