I have had interactions with support and the \[sensitive content hidden\] himself and always received stellar customer service combined with answers that wind up teaching me more than just answering my question. I can't say enough good things about joining their Facebook group - the knowledge in there is worth the price of the product. Pros Surfer's AI has continuously grown, learned, adapted, and been tweaked to make it better. Every time I use it, I notice something new - little things, like formatting or it getting rid of words like "delve." Or sometimes, it's bigger things, like the Auto-Optimize feature (which is scary good). Cons I think everything I've ever "not liked" about it was really my own issue of not understanding the product or how to use it properly. When I first started I just sort of dove in and started clicking buttons and guessing what they did. Trial and error. So there were some errors - but they were my own. When there is a con, the Facebook user group is full of people with far more knowledge then me - including programmers and the \[sensitive content hidden\], who has personally answered in depth questions, far exceeding what I needed. Probably some of the best support I have ever seen on a product, so for me, there really is no "like least" because when there is, there is always someone available to help solve that problem for you. Apart from the functionality, the UI is very intuitive as well. Pros Surfer is a great holistic SEO tool. I am a heavy user of Ahrefs and use it for content & keyword research. Surfer is my go-to tool for entity optimisation. However, apart from entity optimisation, its keyword research tool, topical map creation & audits are equally robust as well. I am anyways planning to move out of Ahrefs and moving to Surfer fully. Finally, the support team is absolutely amazing. I have been using Surfer for ~2 years now and I can confidently say that their support is unparalleled. Cons The only con I see is the pricing. We're on the enterprise plan, so it's still kind of affordable for us. But for entry level users, the pricing can be prohibitive.
