Cons This is from another person who reviewed the product but reminded me of the little issue: when you use multiple keywords, whether in the audit or content creation tool, you cannot use commas to separate them. You need to use single lines, and if you hit enter by accident, you lost your credit point. It integrates with different text editors like Google Docs and Jasper.ai. Pros By far the best feature is the Content Editor and the feature that it gives me keywords that I should use in my content. It's so useful that I can include the top ranking competitor pages from SERPs and it will automatically calculate which keywords should I use in headings and content. It will also tell me the rough frequency of the keywords. Cons There are many other features in Surfer SEO, but I don't use them that much. Awesome!!! Pros I have recently started writing blogs on my website. By using Surfer's Content Editor I have been able to get many of my articles on Page 1 of Google for my keywords. Within a month, I have ranked and in a couple places I am now #1 or 2. I am a small niche but have been surprised how quickly my articles have ranked. Cons I am still somewhat confused about the Audit and SERP Analyzer, mostly because I am new to SEO. Not Surfer's fault, just my own lack of knowledge. It's useful to integrate into a team's workflow to keep the bases covered with respect to the competition out there. Pros Very easy to use, easy to implement into a content team, resolves a lot of ambiguity when it comes to researching terms to cover in an article, and fills in the gaps between a content brief and data. The content planner is a hidden gem. It generated 50 really great content item ideas in seconds. Cons No issues. I think that the only thing I'd like to see here is more customizability in the number of content editing credits in the pricing structure, but at this price point, I'm very happy with what we have, and the auditor helps fill in the gaps when we run out of credits. Pros Surfer SEO has some unique tools and I have used them all to bring my clients websites on the first page of Googles Search Result Pages. I love the Content Planner and Content Editor tools. The SERP Analyzer is also one of my main SEO tools for onpage optimization. Cons The backlink data is not very good, but I think they are working on it and if they improve it in the surfer style way I am excited about what they will give us in the end. There are things that you wouldn't have know if you didn't write using this tool that would leave you on the final pages of google. Cons After doing content audits and content editors you can't download all of the links at once, you have to do it manually one by one. Cons The only thing I don’t like is that your unused search credits don’t roll over. This is a great software and when you pair it up with other AI tools like Jasper it delivers the knockout punch I have been looking for! Pros I love surfer especially the content editor. It enables me to be really targeted with my keywords and beyond when I write posts. I take it as a personal challenge to get above 90 every time! Cons The limitations of the Content Editor.
