Cons Más bien, considero que podría mejorar el nivel de recompra de lo clientes con recordatorios para clientes que no agendaron en el tiempo programado, ejemplo su cita inicial fue en el día 1, y a los 20 dias le corresponde su nueva cita, pero no está agendada hasta el día 35, debería enviar mensajes de recordatorio personalizado a los clientes, ejemplo "Hola XXXX, La ultima vez que viniste fue el dìa 1 del mes XXX, es hora de una nueva cita". una estrategia como esta permitiía disminuir el ausentismo y aumentar las probabilidades de compra, si el cliente tiene una cita agendada de los días 20-35no deberá llegarle el recordatorio.
