Magnifica. Llegué sin mucho problemas a la página, fue muy intuitiva, y en poco tiempo ya estaba promocionando que mis pacientes puedan agendar sus citas.

Pros

El manejo es super intuitivo, es muy organizado y tiene todas las herramientas que necesito para tener todo en orden con mis pacientes.

Cons

El método de cobro es un como ineficaz para mí, tengo que hacerlo siempre por fuera del sistema y me gustaría que se puediera hacer todo por la misma vía.

La app aún necesita más robustez y velocidad. Se sugiere que en la app se puedan agendar varias citas a la vez para el mismo usuario (boton agregar mas reservas)

la uso desde que abri mi negocio y cada vez le encuentro mas cosas para usar. es super practica. evita superposiciones de clientes y tambien me ayuda muchisimo a ordenar las finanzas. la funcion de email marketing es una genialidad. tendrian que agreagarle algo para hacer difuciones de whats app a todos los contactos

La major ventaja es que los clientes se agendan online. a cualquier horario en cualquier lugar, yo ancle el link en instagram y otro en google. todos los dias llegan clientes nuevos.

Cons

lo unico que mejoraria sera a la hora de hacer los pagos, o de marcar que pagaron, aveces el sistema no entiende bien

Me gusta su plataforma intuitiva, es facil de usar aun para personas con bajo nivel academico, sus reportes también son utiles.

Cons

Más bien, considero que podría mejorar el nivel de recompra de lo clientes con recordatorios para clientes que no agendaron en el tiempo programado, ejemplo su cita inicial fue en el día 1, y a los 20 dias le corresponde su nueva cita, pero no está agendada hasta el día 35, debería enviar mensajes de recordatorio personalizado a los clientes, ejemplo "Hola XXXX, La ultima vez que viniste fue el dìa 1 del mes XXX, es hora de una nueva cita". una estrategia como esta permitiía disminuir el ausentismo y aumentar las probabilidades de compra, si el cliente tiene una cita agendada de los días 20-35no deberá llegarle el recordatorio.

En general es muy buena, ya que me quita la atencion sobre los turnos, y puedo dedicar mi tiempo a otras cosas mas importantes, por ejemplo a la atencion sobre mis pacientes.

Pros

Que no tengo que estar pendiente de los turnos y las cancelaciones, aparte de la cantidad de opciones que tiene para gestionar los servicios, clientes de profesionales.

Cons

Tendrian que cambiar las opcion de que todos los mensajes lleguen a whatapp, porque muy poca gente utiliza el mail, o utilizar otra aplicacion que sea gratuita para las reservas. Otra es la App que es un poco lenta.

Llevo usando agenda pro hace 2 años aproximadamente y me ha potenciado mi negocio totalmente, ademas de todas las facilidades que tiene para mí y el cliente, se ve una página profesional y da confianza.

Lo simple y intuitivo que es de usar, además de las facilidades que le da al cliente/paciente, también encuentro que cualquier tienda/negocio/servicio se ve mucho mas profesional.

Cons

Que no se pueda usar un API para campañas publicitarias, algo que siento que podría potenciar aun más mi negocio, pero la verdad es que no es indispensable.
