Die Präsentation war überzeugend, strukturiert und praxisnah. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass alle unsere Fragen kompetent und umfassend beantwortet wurden, was von einem hohen Maß an Kundenorientierung zeugt. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der zuverlässige Support. Etwaige Fehler oder Unklarheiten werden zeitnah behoben – und das nicht nur „still und leise“, sondern stets verbunden mit kleinen, aber sehr hilfreichen Tipps, wie sich solche Fehler zukünftig vermeiden lassen. Das schafft Vertrauen und fördert den sicheren Umgang mit dem System von Beginn an. Natürlich gibt es bei Software immer entwicklungspotenziale, aber diese werden von iPrendo aktiv nachgefragt und auch (Stück für Stück) Umgesetzt. Pros iPrendo hat ein super Team, welches sich um die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Kunden kümmert. Der Einsatz ist flexibel möglich und eignet sich insbesondere für klassische, lineare WBT besonders gut. Der Admin-Bereich lässt flexible Gruppenstrukturen für die zielgerechte Freigabe von Inhalten zu. Das Autorentool erlaubt es intuitiv und zügig Inhalte zu erstellen. Cons Das Layout könnte etwas moderner gestaltet werden und die Darstellung der auswertbaren Informationen (Übersichten über Bearbeitungen, Management-Dashboards, etc.) könnte einfacher und übersichtlicher werden.
