We fled to SendX after a disastrous experience with another service. Their team helped us triage the situation and recover our delivery, open and click rates.

Pros

Easy peasy onboarding. Super speedy UX. Great support!

Cons

No complaints. Never looked back. So far, so good.

been great. The transition was easy, they helped move everything over. Getting control over our back end has increased deliverability significantly.

Pros

We've been using Sendgrid for a while and started to get frustrated with low deliverability rates. SendGrid wouldn't give us the level of control and visibility to what was happening with our sends. It's like getting the key to the pinball machine and getting access to the "inner workings" of our server performance. We love being able to adjust sending speeds to IPs so accommodate ISP volume limits which we could never do with SendGrid

Cons

I tried to find something I don't like, but I couldn't find one. We cut our SendGrid bill by 75% and we have WAY more control and visibility than we ever did.
