Slow response for customer support, even after I paid. I asked for a refund because it's just not working right for me and they don't answer. Pros 1\. The biggest advantage is that it is free for everyone to use. 2. Download size is very less and installation happens very quickly and easily. 3. It is very feature rich- File transfer feature, multiple connections option and demonstration mode which allow the remote user to view the desktop but not move cursor and use keyboard.
