Pros The ease of booking flights and the notification process to let me know that my travel arrangements have been completed. Cons There are many more flights and times available by going directly to the airline websites that work better for me. Your platform only shows several times and flights from an airline. Many times, I have had to go onto the airline website directly and make the reservation because I knew another flight time was available that your website was not showing.
