### "It helps me to prioritizes my travel preferences"

It is easier to book flights and hotels using their app.

Pros

After selecting my preferences on my profile, it prioritizes them across all possible options. It saves me tons of time trying to find the right “preferred” option.

Cons

I would love to read hotel reviews which makes it easy to select

not always clear what would and would not be approved. everything looks like it will get approved but i have had rejections before

it is pretty easy to use and all bookings are counted towards my personal loyalty program

Cons

sometimes it does have issues with how names are showing up on the ticket.
