From the setup and onboarding to coaching and support they really are there to support nonprofits. This is not a gigantic company where you'll be speaking to some service rep. I love that the CMO reaches back out to me to answer my question. Tax forms worked well and the team even set up a widget for us to plug into our website. Cons No major cons to speak of. They recently moved to a two-tier pricing structure which for small nonprofits requires that you stick with the free tier meaning that you lose the automatic tax form processing.
