We also find the software to be intuitive to navigate and provides the information we need to book our crypto donations and receipt our donors. We couldn't be happier with the software. Cons So far, our experience with Engiven has been great. There are not any negatives that we have encountered. From the setup and onboarding to coaching and support they really are there to support nonprofits. This is not a gigantic company where you'll be speaking to some service rep. I love that the CMO reaches back out to me to answer my question. Tax forms worked well and the team even set up a widget for us to plug into our website. Cons No major cons to speak of. They recently moved to a two-tier pricing structure which for small nonprofits requires that you stick with the free tier meaning that you lose the automatic tax form processing.
