The app is easy for staff to use, improves efficiency, and helps ensure our buildings stay safe and well-maintained for residents. Highly recommended!

As a dialy user of Zoidii, I am certain that is the best CMMS program out there! Super intuitive, easy to use on a dialy basis and gives me and my team all the information that we need to keep ourselves compliant and ahead of the curbe. Would recomend to any company that is looking for a CMMS system for them!!!! After seing all the funtionalitoes that it has to offer, it's a no brainer!

Pros

The whole sytem, layout looks amazing the funtionalities that Zoidii offers like the kanban view and their amazing costumer support team.

Cons

Nothing. The system is super easy to use and intuitive to use that in less than a 8h shift you will feel more than confident to use it on a dialy basis and if you have any questions that you want to solve by yourself, the FAQ's are brilliantly written, so you can learn super quicly!

From initial enquiry, through set up and the team at Zoidii especially \[sensitive content hidden\] have been great with support and advice to get the system up and running. I can't fault it.

Pros

The system is so simple to use, easy for people that have never used a digital system before. The ability to attach documents, for example uploading manuals for machinery and reports for inspections is great, everything in one place, easy to find. It also gives me audit trails, analysis of information its a great system. I have no doubt that we will see the efficiencies reflected in a more streamlined way of working both in productivity and costs.

Cons

The only thing is you cant use it off line. we have a large area and not always a good 4G signal.

Very good experience throughout two Nursing Home Groups. I was impressed with Zoidii and decided to implement it when I joined a new nursing home group.

Pros

The Oversight of 8 Nursing Homes in one location and management of Preventative Maintenance, tracking jobs across all sites.

Cons

The Guest Request login seem to fail at times.

Thanks for the great review Kevin. Yes, the guest users must have the correct link when submitting requests or it will not work. To ensure guest have easy access to the correct link, you could print QR codes for the individual assets, or for the site itself. Guest users simply scan the QR code to submit a request.

Drives work completion with a report card you can see at a quick glance. It has the ability to grow with us and eliminate paper usage as we create and enter our daily checklists.

Pros

Ease of use and navigation is intuitive. It was very easy to get our colleagues to start using with very little training. Getting work that needed to be done and a systematic approach to prioritizing was a gap for us.

Cons

I haven't had issues at this point. We are mainly using it for entering and tracking work orders as we move along our continuous improvement efforts in this area.

Pros

One of the standout features I really like is the ability to upload multiple photos to work orders, which helps in documenting pre and post-repair conditions.

Cons

I really don't have any Cons to add to this review. The support team at Zoidii is always on top of any issue that may occur. They are constantly updating the system to make it more efficient.
