Généralement le fait d’apposer un QR Code sur un objet permet à ce dernier d’être unique. Il est donc tout à fait possible de lui imputer une ou plusieurs actions spécifiques au travers de n’importe quel Smartphone connecté au réseau. Ainsi dans nos métiers de la collecte, du traitement et de la valorisation des déchets le fait d’associer un bac ou plus largement un contenant à un QR CODE unique rend celui-ci « identifiable ». Vous pouvez dés lors réaliser n’importe quelle demande de service via votre smartphone pour ce contenant. Nous citerons par exemple une demande de lavage pour un contenant sale, de maintenance si celui est cassé, de collectes s’il est plein etc. La seule limite est notre imagination pour plus prosaïquement la demande du client. Ce qui fait la force de cette solution c’est que chacune de ces actions est stockée sur un serveur et donc traçables. USE CASE : GROUPE AGRO-ALIMENTAIRE SUISSE Metawaste opère la gestion des déchets de ce groupe sur plusieurs sites en Suisse dans un milieu complexe. Pour ce faire, le suivi et la traçabilité de sa production sont essentiels. Chaque étape, depuis l’arrivée des denrées alimentaires jusqu’à la distribution des produits finis, présente des risques potentiels, notamment en termes d’hygiène et de respect de la réglementation. Au cœur de ce processus, la gestion des déchets ne fait pas exception et un point de vigilance particulier concerne la propreté constante des bacs roulants et des contenants à déchets. Pour répondre à ces besoins et veiller au respect des normes strictes de contrôle de la qualité et d'hygiène à chaque étape du processus, Metawaste a mis en place cette solutions de QR CODE sur chaque contenant. Ainsi nous garantissons la traçabilité et le suivi rigoureux de la propreté des contenants. Comment ? • Pour notre opérateur sur site, cela lui permet de notifier dès lors qu’une opération de nettoyage vient d’être réalisée • Pour le client cela lui permet de notifier dès lors qu’il voit une anomalie sur un bac pour in fine déclencher une alerte chez metawaste et ainsi déployer une action corrective

Cons

Franchement à mon niveau pas grand chose. Pout l'utilisateur il faut bien évidemment être connecté au réseau. Dans nos métiers de déchets pas de problème car nous sommes souvent en extérieur.

Dans le cadre des Jeux Olympique Paris 2024, nous avons mis en place la gestion des pointages à travers les Ubiqod de Skiply, avec un interfaçage avec "Timesquare" pour la planification des ressources Humaines et la GTA. C'est une belle réussite les deux solutions. C'est une équipe très dynamique, flexible et toujours force de proposition.

Pros

C'est très pratique pour gérer les pointages des collaborateurs. Une plateforme très ergonomique et intuitive.

Cons

Il manque le chat instantané avec l'équipe support depuis la plateforme.

10/10, great. Simple interface, and good to use. Helpful customer service.

Pros

It is very easy to use, it's very flexible. Other QR creation tools for example don't allow you to go back and edit the re-direction, but this one is great as it does allow the user to edit the re-direction link. Never had any issues with the interface at all, and the customer service has always been very helpful, and professional when I have needed any help. They're also very good at problem-solving and being proactive.

Cons

Sometimes been difficult in the past to update the credits, but this only happened with Ubiqod released a new version of the platform. Would be good to include blogs on the site to read about helpful FAQs, how best to monitor performance etc. This is not a 'con', but more something that would benefit the user.

It was clunky, untraceable, untraceable and the studio colleagues could not keep a track of the codes they have raised. You couldn't go back and store the QR codes anywhere. It was all a jumble!!

Regarding the features, if the "integrated interface" doesn’t fully meet your needs, you can use the redirection features to link to your own interface and then verify the validity of the QR code using our API. This method is preferred for "at scale" integration. The time sent is in "Zulu Time," which is the best practice to avoid any issues with time zones. As for the PIN codes, we cannot perform a pre-check as that would be a security risk (people could "guess" the valid codes. However, you can use QR code badges and code retention to minimize errors and ensure a smooth process for users. Thanks again for helping us improve!
