I was able to easily create company policies, procedures, and controls in place to ensure that. Pros The templates were the second most helpful feature for me. The best feature of Strikegraph is customer experience. My account manager, \[sensitive content hidden\] , was just amazing to partner with. I was given all the help and attention I needed. Above and beyond. Because of this experience, I have been recommending Strikegraph to my network. I've used other products before and barely anyone supported or spoke to me throughout the process. Cons I did not like the product look and design. It feels antiquated. There are also not a lot of useful integrations so I didn't use any of them. I didn't need to. I also feel well positioned to continue with the type 2. Both the product and the employees give me a high degree of confidence. Pros Using the Strikegraph platform to implement and maintain SOC2 compliance was efficient and cost effective due to the combination of a tracking platform, knowledgable account contact and integrated auditor service making it cheaper to implement and manage everything here than the quotes we received for just the audit elsewhere. Cons It would be helpful to have drilldowns from the dashboard into each component rather than having the dashboard separate from the details tabs. It would be helpful for the screen to reload when the filters are selected more consistently and to have a clear all filters option Reason for choosing Strike Graph the combination of the platform, consulting assistance and auditing. We could not have been as successful without SG and the team (special shout-out to \[sensitive content hidden\])! Pros Being a startup we have limited team members and we are all wearing many hats. This platform really helped us centralize our compliance items as we went from having nothing to annual HIPAA audits to SOC2 Type I and now to annual SOC2 Type II audits. Cons The onboarding was ok; part of that was likely due to our limited resources internally, but I also think they have made some changes in the years since we starts so hopefully that's been easier for other companies. Pros Pros of Strike Graph are that the support/people are very accommodating to help us with clarifications or concerns in implementing the controls and evidence to comply with the requirements. Excellent value, amazing customer support, and a product that lets companies take manageable steps towards compliance. Perfect blend of support and self-service, at least for what we wanted. Cons When setting up evidence there was a small hiccup with getting our Google Drive to sync. But \[sensitive content hidden\] our CSM walked us through the process.
