Pros

I like that it is a small group of developers that care about their product and user base and that they are consistently updating with new features based on feedback and ideas.

Cons

I am not sure there are any real concerns with the app. It is convenient, simple but feature rich. It delivers.

Es ist ein super Tool, was meine Prozesse als Selbsständige sehr vereinfacht! Am besten gefällt mir der Kundensupport, der meist am selben Tag reagiert und zwar nicht mit einer automatisierten Mail!!

Pros

TuCalendi hat wirklich alle notwendigen Features, um Terminvergabe und Buchungsprozesse so einfach wie möglich für Selbstständige zu gesalten. Der Kunden-Support ist großartig!! Für jede Frage, die ich hatte, hat sich jemand persönlich Zeit genommen und eine Antwort gegeben, die nichts offen ließ. Ich kann TuCalendi einfach nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Cons

Dazu fällt mir überhaupt nichts ein, weil meine Erfahrung bisher nur sehr positiv mit TuCalendi war.

Die Integration und der zuverlässige Abgleich mehrerer Kalender (privat/beruflich/Team) funktionieren reibungslos. Termine landen zuverlässig im richtigen Kalender, ohne manuelles Nachpflegen. Zudem ist der Support 1A+++: extrem schnell, pragmatisch und wirklich hilfsbereit.

Das Kalender-Tool ist so aufgebaut, dass selbst ich damit zurechtkomme - und das will schon was heißen ;-) denn mir fällt es im Business-Alltag nicht leicht, mich mit Software auseinanderzusetzen. Natürlich brauchte ich etwas Zeit, mich mit TuCalendi vertraut zu machen. Gleichzeitig ist es doch intuitiv aufgebaut, bietet mir alle Möglichkeiten, die ich für mein Business benötige und hat sehr gute Lernvideos, Hilfefunktionen und den persönlichen Support - zumindest in meiner Version. Ich kenne TuCalendi fast von Anfang an und sehe, wie es ständig immer weiter verbessert wird, so dass die Anwendung immer einfacher wird - und das, obwohl das Tool schon benutzerfreundlich ist. Das heißt, hier arbeiten Entwickler wirklich daran, das Tool stetig weiter zu optimieren nach den Kundenwünschen.

Pros

Am allerbesten ist der extrem schnelle und hilfreiche Service bei Fragen und Herausforderungen! Das kenne ich kaum noch, dass jemand sich direkt meine Fragen ansieht und individuell darauf antwortet. Bei TuCalendi ist das der Fall und das ist auch der Grund, weshalb ich sehr gerne mit diesem Kalender arbeite und ihn wärmstens weiterempfehle. Bevor ich den Support kontaktiere, nutze ich die vielen hilfreichen, kurzen Lernvideos, die es in verschiedenen Sprachen gibt.

Bisher ist mir noch nichts Negatives aufgefallen ...

Las ventajas para mi han siddo: Poder organizar las reuniones con clietnes para el equipo comercial de forma aleatoria y equitativa, con la opción de Round Robin; Poder sacar varias metricas para tomar decisiones; y el apoyo del equipo de Tu Calendi, super agil ante cualquier duda que te surje.

Cons

Al tener muchas funciones, al principio me costó configurar alguna cosa, pero siempre el equipo de Tu Calendi me indica que video debo ver para aprender hacerlo y son videos muy breves y utiles. Hay muy buena predisposición por parte del equipo.

Besonders zufrieden bin ich mit dem Support von TuCalendi. In Bezug auf verschiedenen Fragen habe ich hier immer sehr zeitnah eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Meist innerhalb weniger Stunden. Das habe ich bei anderen Anbietern schon anders erlebt.

Pros

Das TuCalendi Tool lässt sich einfach in die Webseite integrieren. Auch die Bedienbarkeit der verschiedenen Funktionen ist relativ einfach. Obwohl wir mit der Pro-Version arbeiten ist auch die Basic Version sehr gut und bietet viele Funktionen.

Cons

Etwas schwierig fand ich es die Workflows zu verstehen. Das könnte noch einfacher gestaltet sein. Auch wäre es schön wenn man noch mehr Design-Vorgaben bei dem Erscheinungsbild anpassen könnte.

### "Die umfangreiche Kalender-App - made in EU und hosted in EU."

TuCalendi ist schon seit über einem Jahr meine Kalenderapp - schöner, sicherer und DSGVO-konformer als viele vergleichbare Alternativen. Und ich bin sicher, das wird so bleiben.

Pros

TuCalendi ist eine sehr schön gestaltete Anwendung, mit der man DSGVO-konform (!) Buchungen unterschiedlichster Terminarten (Events) ermöglichen kann. Auch die Synchronisation verschiedener Kalender untereinander und mit meinen diversen Kalendern bei mehreren Kunden funktioniert reibungslos. Flexibel gestaltbare Formulare und Buchungsseiten sowie Widgets sind genau das, was ich vorher vergeblich bei anderen gesucht habe. Das beste an TuCalendi ist jedoch der unglaublich schnelle, hilfsbereite und sehr nette Support. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ist meist das Problem gelöst - einfach klasse!

Cons

Manchmal fällt es mir schwer zu verstehen, wo genau ich jetzt welche Einstellung vornehmen muss, um meine Idee zu verwirklichen. Aber dieser Nachteil wird durch den freundlichen Support meist schnell ausgeglichen. Perfekt wäre es, wenn es neben den guten Hilfeseiten und dem tollen Support eine aufgabenorientierte Anleitung gäbe.

Ich habe mir vor dem Wechsel fünf unterschiedliche Produkte näher angesehen und drei Produkte aus der EU (also nicht Calendly) auch testweise installiert und genutzt. Keines kam auch nur annähernd an die Funktionalität und vor allem auch die Klarheit / Einfachheit der Anwendung heran.

El calendario virtual funciona de maravilla. Está conectado con mi agenda y se puede personalizar de muchas formas. Antes tenía que dar varias opciones de fechas a clientes y mantenerlos todos libres hasta que hubiera contestado ese cliente. Ahora simplemente mando un enlace donde he podido indicar mi disponibilidad y los clientes tienen muchas más opciones para elegir. Tienes la posibilidad de crear varios calendarios, por ejemplo en mi caso no todas las reuniones tienen la misma duración, o quiero incluir el nombre del cliente en el enlace para que vean que está muy personalizado. Conectado directamente con mi calendario personal, con Zoom y Teams, con plataformas de pago, está muy completo. Además, la atención para resolver cualquier duda que tengo siempre ha sido excelente e inmediato. TuCalendi es imprescindible para mi para gestionar mi agenda!

Me gusta todo. Seguramente no estoy aprovechando todas las opciones que tiene la herramienta.

Needed some help with the set up but the support is excellent, very fast and friendly - and they take on board feedback and suggestions

Pros

I really like the ability to creating booking pages with all the time slot options etc... its like a landing page, plus the extra features of flows, forms and payments

Cons

takes time to set everything up eg the reminder emails etc...

Bin alles in allem sehr zufrieden und kann TuCalendi gerne, vor allem auch kleineren Unternehmen, sehr ans Herz legen.

Pros

Die Organisation meiner Coaching-Termine mit TuCalendi läuft wunderbar und erspart mir unglaublich viel Zeit. Wann immer ich eine Frage habe, erhalte ich binnen kürzester Zeit eine kompetente, persönliche und freundliche Unterstützung. Wenn man sich einmal mit TuCalendi vertraut gemacht und alles eingerichtet hat, läuft eigentlich alles von selbst.

Cons

Anfangs etwas unübersichtlich - aber nach dem Vertrautmachen mit dem System alles wunderbar.

Funktioniert einfach und trotzdem mit viel Möglichkeit zur Individualisierung. Datenschutzkonform! SUPER Service: Schnell, sogar am Wochenende und 100% verlässlich. Kontakt mit realen Menschen, keine Bots.

Cons

Keine Buchung von wiederholenden und Serienterminen. (Stand Februar 2024) Keine Möglichkeit, die Dauer des Termins für ein und dieselbe Dienstleistung einzustellen. Wenn ein 60-Minuten-Termin 90 Minuten dauern soll, muss ich eine neue Dienstleistung anlegen. (Stand Februar 2024)

I've been very happy with TuCalendi. I'm glad I made the switch from one of their big competitors as TuCalendi saves me so much time and effort.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use and the excellent help pages. The customer service is truly outstanding.

Cons

I haven't found any issues at all. If I could dream big, I'd ask for calendar notifications (in my calendar) to have four reminders (1 hour, 1/2 hour, 10 minutes, at the time) rather than just my Apple Calendar default, which is 1 hour. I'm very happy with the product.

Reason for choosing TuCalendi

I needed more functionality at a price I could afford. The help pages are extremely user friendly.

Compared with other reservation calendars, I liked TuCalendi's ease of use, and especially the possibility of having several calendars with different meeting types. So I can manage all my different activities with a single account. In short, I love it!

Pros

I like the ability to create group agendas, multiple calendars and multiple events per calendar. It's rare to have all these possibilities at once. Very easy to use. I like the ability to duplicate a schedule, which saves a lot of time when creating it. Very easy to set multiple reminders, before and after appointments. By using customizable templates that you can create, you save time configuring each schedule. Their customer support is really hyper-reactive and they always quickly find a solution. They really listen to our needs and deliver a first-class customer experience. They even quickly added a feature I needed to display the number of seats remaining for group bookings.

Cons

It's a pity that the translation of the user interface (back-end) is not available in French. Only the front-end interface is.

Great experience for more than 3 years now. I'd definitely recommend it, especially to users who are technically not versed.

Pros

What I like most is its flexibility and to have multiple calendars under different URL slugs. Calendar sync works fine. \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team is incredible quick and supportive when it comes to questions or specific requirements. Outstanding support mentality!

Cons

It would be nice if I could select a different confirmation link / URL depending on the language used. At the moment I can only change the language of the text fields, but not the destination / URL after booking is confirmed. Some fonts and colors in the front end are not customizable which is a basically minor thing but it would be really nice to have more flexibility for corporate identity reasons. It would be nice if I could customize the "Event Colors" with my own hex code #. At the moment there's only a pre-selection possible. Additionally there is only one way how the answers to questionnaires are shown in the admin confirmation e-mail. It would be nice if the output of the questionnaire results were better formatted (line spacing, paragraphs, etc.).

With TuCalendi, I have an appointment booking tool that I can rely on in my day-to-day business.

Pros

I know that at TuCalendi, my customers' data is processed in compliance with data protection regulations. The program is easy to set up and works reliably. If I couldn't find something directly, the support of TuCalendi has always helped me greatly.

Cons

I'm very happy with TuCalendi. The only thing, I would like to have, is a private calendar where I can enter my own appointments directly in TuCalendi, and which is then synchronized with my booking calendars. So that I don't have to use TuCalendi with any third-party tools.
