Really happy with what I have been able to achieve here having tried so many other competitors I’m happy to settle now

Pros

So many configuration options to allow you to make pretty much any choices you want, you can make the whole look and feel your own including graphics and logos. The inclusion of iCloud calendars was a vital one for me.

Cons

Minor niggles about the way you build on your custom domain but once you understand them it’s ok.

Pros

This calendar-tool is priced very fair, is looking professional and is easy to use. The best is the customer service, if I want to learn a new setup -they answer and help within 24 hours!

Cons

What I still miss: If I want to block one slot or day, I have to block it in each calendar, which takes a lot of time. Great would be also, if I could sync some of my appointments from my Google-Calendar (that I make on the phone) automatically with Tucalendi. But I'm sure that TuCalendi will find a solution also for that.

Once you figure out how to use it, it is an excellent tool to use for scheduling.

Pros

What I like most about TuCalendi is its connection to my Google calendar. This way, I can block the time slots when I am busy. \[sensitive content hidden\] from TuCalendi always responds very fast to my requests. He is very polite and helpful. I also like that I can customize the pictures and colors on TuCalendi. I also like that I can offer free and paid sessions through TuCalendi. I also like that they are constantly making TuCalendi better. There frequent updates.

Cons

It is complicated to set up. I had to take a tutorial to figure out how to set it up.

Reason for choosing TuCalendi

It was recommended to me. The price was reasonable.

It's a flexible, dependable, reliable product. I must say that their customer service has been excellent, usually replying the same day to queries by email.

Pros

TuCalendi is super-flexible in terms of the being able to request different information from clients for different types of meetings. It also has lots of integrations and webhooks to make processing that information easy.

Cons

The flexibility offered does mean TuCalendi requires lots of information when you're setting up a new type of calendar.

Es ist derzeit noch sehr auf "amikale Kommunikation" ausgelegt. vieles wird öffentlich für User sichtbar nur mit "für dich" oder "deine Buchung" angezeigt und lässt sich nicht auf "formale Anrede per Sie" umstellen. Die Double Opt In Variante ist derzeit nur als integrierter Bestandteil des Bestätigungsemails verfügbar. Dies sollte ein eigenes vorab Email zur Verifizierung sein, bevor ein Buchungsbestätigungsemail versandt werden kann. Es wird an beidem aber bereits gearbeitet...

Alles in allem das Beste von mir getestete Terminbuchungstool. Die Terminbuchung klappt darüber problemlos, der Support ist hilfreich. Mir gefällt auch gut, dass die Nutzer neue Punkte vorschlagen können, die dann in die Roadmap aufgenommen werden, sodass man sieht, ob und wann etwa der Punkt umgesetzt werden könnte.

Pros

Aufbau des Tools ist sehr userfreundlich und leicht verständlich. Termintool bietet sehr viele Möglichkeiten, unterschiedliche Kalender, unterschiedliche Terminarten bei verschiedenen Mitarbeitern zu kombinieren. Der Support reagiert schnell und hilft gerne weiter, wenn man selbst bei Problemen nicht weiterkommt. Synchronisation mit Kalendern ist möglich, jedoch nicht verpflichtend. Emails können personalisiert werden, Branding kann komplett auf eigenes Design angepasst werden.

Cons

derzeit habe ich keine negativen Punkte zu bemängeln.

Es ist alles klar ersichtlich auf der ersten Seite und farbenfroh. Doch nicht zu bunt. Es ist für mich einfach ein angenehmes und leichtes Arbeiten mit TuCalendi und der Support ist spitze.

Der Kundenservice reagiert sehr schnell und hat mir sehr geholfen. Ich habe nicht so viel Ahnung von Online-Marketing. Doch hier wurde mir sofort geholfen, indem wir die Dinge direkt umgesetzt haben. \[sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet\] hatte einfach sehr viel Geduld mit mir. Ich habe mich aufgehoben und auch Ernst genommen gefühlt. Das ist nicht immer so. Freundlichkeit, Sachkenntnisse und sofortige Unterstützung sind hier absolut gegeben. Danke für schnelle und unkomplizierte Hilfe. Auch ist das Erklärvideo richtig gut und verständlich.

Cons

Kann ich so gar nicht sagen, da ich keine Vergleichsmöglichkeiten habe. Ich habe nichts gefunden, was mich wirklich stört.

### "A great booking application that delivers everything you need to simplify meetings coordinatation"

It has the exact feature I need to simplify the experience of my customers booking like: adding videos to my calendar, sending mail from my business email like: confirmation, reminders, reschedule and cancel including adding links to cancel and reschedule meeting. Also, you can connect this app to Google Calendar, Office Calendar, Zoom, Google Meet and of course webhooks.

I don't think of anything right now. This is a great application.

TuCalendi is an awesome, automated appointment scheduler that automatically sends out appointment requests via email. This appointment scheduler saves me time and has made my job easier since I can set up appointments and get paid faster. And best of all, it's integrated with Google calendar and integrates with Stripe, GoToMeeting, Zoom, and more.

Pros

Ability to create beautiful booking pages, even if you don’t have a website you can use Tucalendi’s Booking pages, It is cool that you can add your social links, event description, video and so much more to the booking page.

Cons

There are so many features that in starting I used to get confused. Need some work on UX/UI to make it simpler
