Notre expérience avec MeltingSpot est très positive. La solution a transformé notre manière de former et d’accompagner nos clients sur Permute. Nous avons réduit le temps passé en formations 1:1, tout en améliorant la satisfaction et l’autonomie des utilisateurs. L’intégration au sein de notre SaaS est fluide, et l’équipe support est réactive et proactive. Aujourd’hui, MeltingSpot est devenu un outil clé dans notre stratégie d’adoption produit.

Pros

Ce que j’apprécie le plus avec MeltingSpot, c’est la possibilité d’intégrer la formation directement au cœur de notre produit. L’interface est intuitive, la prise en main rapide, et nos utilisateurs trouvent les contenus là où ils en ont besoin, sans quitter notre plateforme. L’outil permet aussi de personnaliser les parcours en fonction des profils utilisateurs, ce qui renforce l’efficacité de l’onboarding. Enfin, les fonctionnalités d’automatisation et l’IA intégrée nous font gagner un temps précieux dans la création de contenus pédagogiques.

Cons

MeltingSpot est déjà très complet, mais j’aimerais disposer de plus d’options de personnalisation visuelle pour que l’expérience soit encore plus alignée avec notre charte graphique. Cela dit, l’équipe produit est à l’écoute et fait évoluer la plateforme rapidement.

Mon expérience avec MeltingSpot est très positive : la plateforme est intuitive, polyvalente et nous aide à former et engager nos clients plus facilement, tout en centralisant tous nos contenus au même endroit.

Pros

MeltingSpot est simple à prendre en main et permet de créer rapidement des contenus variés (webinaires, replays, cours, documents, espaces communautaires) accessibles en un seul endroit. C’est idéal pour faciliter l’onboarding, renforcer l’engagement des clients et centraliser toute la formation, avec en plus un support réactif et à l’écoute.

Cons

MeltingSpot évolue rapidement, ce qui est positif, mais cela signifie aussi que certaines fonctionnalités que nous aimerions exploiter pleinement arrivent progressivement. Par ailleurs, comme la plateforme offre beaucoup de possibilités, il faut parfois un petit temps d’adaptation pour bien structurer son espace et en tirer tout le potentiel.

Mon expérience avec MeltingSpot est très positive. La plateforme est simple à prendre en main, agréable à utiliser et nous permet de centraliser tous nos contenus de formation et d’engagement au même endroit, directement dans les outils de nos utilisateurs. Cela nous fait gagner du temps, facilite l’onboarding et améliore nettement l’adoption de notre produit.

Pros

Ce que j’apprécie le plus avec MeltingSpot, c’est que la formation est directement intégrée dans notre logiciel de comptabilité. Plus besoin de perdre du temps à chercher dans un manuel ou à demander à un collègue : je trouve tout, tout de suite, au moment où j’en ai besoin. Les tutoriels sont clairs, concrets et adaptés à nos tâches quotidiennes (par exemple la saisie des factures ou la préparation des bilans). Ça m’a permis de gagner beaucoup en autonomie et de réduire les erreurs

Cons

Au début, j’ai eu un peu de mal à trouver certaines formations car l’interface propose beaucoup de contenus, mais une fois que j’ai compris comment utiliser la recherche et les filtres, ça s’est réglé. Peut-être qu’un petit guide de démarrage rapide intégré dès la première connexion aiderait à prendre en main l’outil encore plus vite.

Pros

Le support est réactif, aidant et agréable. C’est une plateforme française. Les participants comprennent vite les manipulations à effectuer pour aller de sessions en session.

Cons

Nous étions clients lorsqu’il y avait encore beaucoup de développement à faire. Lors d’évènements, nous avons eu des bugs qui ont été résolu pendant les évènements.

Expérience très agréable. De plus on est accompagné tout au long de notre utilisation de la plateforme ce qui est très important

C'est une plateforme très intuitive, facile a prendre en main. Une toute petite formation (avec \[caché sensible contenu\]) suffit a comprendre l’outil. Pour les gens qui n'ont pas l'habitude c'est un très bon point. En tant qu'admin on est libre sur plein de choses, on est pas bridé et c'est très intéressant. La plateforme permet de poster plein de contenu sous plusieurs formes

Cons

Pour l'instant aucun. Il serait bien de prévoir plusieurs formulaire d'inscription pour une communauté, certains membre d'une communauté peuvent appartenir a des sous-groupes qui n'ont pas les même objectifs

Nous sommes encore en phase de test avant son déploiement.

Pros

Sa simplicité. Le parti pris de proposer les fonctions essentielles et pas tout un tas de gadgets accessoires. Le tout en un avec la plateforme événementiel (digitale) et les forums de discussions (publics, privés), enfin un espace de partage de documents.

Cons

Une connexion au CRM Sales Force monodirectionnelle (Meltingsppot vers Sales Force), les mises à jours d'adhérents sont donc manuelles. Pas de plateforme de billetterie payante, les inscription sont uniquement gratuites.

La facilité d'utilisation, en tant qu'administrateur autant qu'en tant qu'utilisateur. C'est simple et facile à prendre en main. L'équipe de melting spot est largement disponible et réactive pour vous aider. Au top

J'ai connu melting spot au tout début, lorsqu'il manquait encore de fonctionnalités mais ils avancent constamment pour permettre de développer et mettre au goût du jour et répondre à nos besoins. Franchement, j'ai peu à dire sur les aspects négatifs
