This feature is critical for my B2B courier startup. One month later, with nothing working, they told me the feature is “not possible”. They offered no solution and rejected a refund. I am now forced to dispute the charge through my bank. Very disappointing. Pros The sales rep responded quickly before payment and the dashboard screenshots looked promising; conceptually the platform could have solved last-mile logistics for multiple stores. Cons After payment they admitted the key feature they had guaranteed—automatic delivery-fee calculation & display in WooCommerce checkout—doesn’t exist. No working integration was delivered in a month, refund refused. Misleading promises, wasted time and money. I was lured in with promises and demos, only to be left hanging with a broken product, zero assistance, and no refund. It felt like a trap from the beginning. They exploited my trust, wasted my time, and cost me money. I regret ever signing up. Pros Absolutely nothing. The platform is misleading, the support is nonexistent, and the experience is a complete nightmare from start to finish Cons They took my money and delivered nothing.
