I just click to make a comment, select the 'tone' and leave it to do its thing. 90% of the time it's been a great response. Tracking leads and prospects with a list and ensuring that we can see and comment on their posts wasn't something I was looking for, but already coming to rely upon this so much and using it regularly to focus on the people I want to engage with rather than those LinkedIn wants me to see. Cons There's always a risk of complications with extensions vs browser versions and conflicting extensions, but this has been minimal and likely not a fault of EngageAI per se. In business, it's better to give than to receive. When you give a comment, you are helping that person and in turn, they will feel indebted to help you in the future. Pros It's super simple to use. The AI does all the work. It reads the LinkedIn content and then provides a response. You still have to tweak it, but it gives a great starting point. Cons A few times, I've encountered when I wanted to use the extension, it does not appear. I have to refresh my browser a few times to get it to come on the screen. Also, I wish the "beta" comments would be at the top, so that it's just easy to click on the reply you want. To add the person to the watch list, I should go first to activity or experience and then go back to the page and add button appears, it would be better if this button would be near a photo or name.
