Optimización de recursos, la capacidad de cada participante se incremento de 3 a 4 veces el numero tareas. Reducción de tiempos, el tiempo de atención por tarea se redujo 70%. El control de la gestión, tanto en reportes y la visibilidad de estado de cada solicitud en todo el proceso y en tiempo real, que permitió tomar acción(es).

Pros

Fácil e intuitivo de usar. Capacidad para diseñar cualquier tipo de proceso de gestión en días y poder ser integrados con aplicaciones externas (ERPs, BD, Legacys). La implementación muy sencilla y de rápido aprendizaje por los usuarios. Asimismo, el manejo de versiones que permite la evolución y mejora continua. Quede impresionado con funciones especificas no vistas en otras plataformas como: reutilizar flujos, salvar actividades parcialmente y despique de procesos y subprocesos interrelacionados.

Cons

Podría incorporar opciones de manejo de letras: colores y tamaños.

Deyel nos ha permitido desarrollar en poco tiempo un producto funcional para un sector que había intentado adaptar algo existente sin éxito. El desarrollo lo ha podido realizar un equipo pequeño que no tenía experiencia directa en el diseño y desarrollo. Ha sido muy importante, y debe ser destacado, el acompañamiento del equipo de asistencia al usuario de Deyel . Este grupo humano tiene capacidad resolutiva, aportan propuestas concretas y demuestran calidad humana al momento de analizar y comprender la realidad de la empresa que están asesorando.

Pros

A partir de un buen análisis funcional de los procesos de gestión integral en la organización, es posible diseñar formulario y procesos implicados con limitada o reducida colaboración de especialistas informáticos. Además de concretar el diseño y poder implementarlo, lo que empodera los usuarios calificados que se convierten en modeladores y administradores, el sistema tiene herramientas enbebidas de gran utilidad totalmente asociadas a los casos y procesos automatizados: mensajería empresarial, tablero de indicadores, generador de reportes , mails automáticos, entre los mas usados

Cons

La integración con otros sistemas existentes de la empresa es en sí un tema complejo y requiere asistencia técnica especializada, pero igualmente no lo considero un tema de Deyel. Al contrario, la plataforma tiene herramientas para abordar este tema, y precisamente por su complejidad, se requiere de analistas y profesionales de TICs.

Estoy contento y orgulloso de contar con un software/plataforma word class y poder optimizar procesos de la empresa, pasando al siguiente nivel de gestión: empresa digital.

Pros

Fácil, intuitivo y seguro. Deyel logró brindar a la empresa la seguridad de implementación, integración y uso que no se lograba con software a medida ni enlatado. Conocimiento a la hora de implementar y de trabajar con los procesos de la organización.

Cons

Hasta ahora Deyel cumple con lo parametrizado, po rlo que no tengo nada que no me haya gustado.
