Ha sido muy importante, y debe ser destacado, el acompañamiento del equipo de asistencia al usuario de Deyel . Este grupo humano tiene capacidad resolutiva, aportan propuestas concretas y demuestran calidad humana al momento de analizar y comprender la realidad de la empresa que están asesorando. Pros A partir de un buen análisis funcional de los procesos de gestión integral en la organización, es posible diseñar formulario y procesos implicados con limitada o reducida colaboración de especialistas informáticos. Además de concretar el diseño y poder implementarlo, lo que empodera los usuarios calificados que se convierten en modeladores y administradores, el sistema tiene herramientas enbebidas de gran utilidad totalmente asociadas a los casos y procesos automatizados: mensajería empresarial, tablero de indicadores, generador de reportes , mails automáticos, entre los mas usados Cons La integración con otros sistemas existentes de la empresa es en sí un tema complejo y requiere asistencia técnica especializada, pero igualmente no lo considero un tema de Deyel.
