Lacking a personal response from a human to speak through a challenge over the phone. I would expect that being that CEO of Tas Connect Logistics that I would have a direct contact with the top of Transvirtual?

Pros

Traceability of Revenue by Linehaul Manifest, albeit that it doesn't show $ value without opening up

Cons

On consignment page on page 2 or 3, then change date range to one day, then shows nothing being 2/1 or 3/1

Good, things that system does - it does it well and provides great level of visibility over all aspects of a transport management some things are just not there and one has to learn to live with it

Pros

Versatile, can be applied to various sizes of a business Can be simple or complex depending on needs

Cons

Many half-finished functions and tools GUI and interface functions aren't uniform in the way they work even if they are built for similar/same purpose

Transvirtual is a great system, really easy to use and makes everyday tasks much simple. However, some features aren’t available

Pros

Super easy to use especially when adding accounts and setting customer rates. There are lots of helpful articles online too, which makes things even smoother.

Cons

Some features are missing and adding new ones isn’t straight forward. You have to submit a request and there’s no guarantee it will get approved.

Pros

Very intuitive and route planning makes scheduling much easier. The Dashboard gives us great visibility.

Cons

Everything works very well. Occasionally we can have some glitches when updates are rolled out but this isn't very often.

Great and easy to use, integrates easily with major transport companies. handles all of the necessary requirements of a transport business. helps your company grow into a larger more appealing company for your customers.

Pros

The UI is easy to navigate and quite substantial in its features. The software covers every aspect of a transport business.

Cons

The API could have more features like retrieving all consignments, pods, scan items with options to filter customers etc. Integrations can take a while.

Overall, it's good experience. We can manage everything all in one portal. Would recommend to other to use

The mobile app needs to be more stable in some situations, it has white screen and to fix, we have to clear the storage and cache on device The search consignment may need bit more improvement on user interface as well

Transvirtual is a must have for any business in logistics and freight management. Its ease of use makes tracking and driver management easy.

Pros

How much data you can get from it and how easy it is to use. Tracking drivers and consignments becomes very easy and time efficient.

Cons

Sometimes it can be a bit slow to load. Also when sorting runs, it does not always plot the most efficient delivery route

I am enjoying using Transvirtual. Very user friendly didnt really need much training & we are learning more about it all the time.

Pros

I like that everything is linked from the quote - connote with pod - invoice One of the best systems i have used in transport in 30 years.

Cons

loading the quotes can be a bit slow. i dont really have anything else that I dislike its all good for me.
