We would not go anywhere else. Communication with the team at Transvirtual and the how to videos are a bonus.

Pros

We still use Transvirtual. Love the way that it flows. Simple entry, tracking , and uploading processes. The reports are convenient. Value for money at first was what we looked for, however Transvirtual has exceeded that.

Cons

The equipment stock keeping is not up to where it should be. It makes it very hard tracking exchange pallets. The mobile app does not reflect on that well enough for the drivers

Very happy overall. Would still choose them again and again. Support is improving and they do take on feedback.

Pros

It's an effective order management system and easily connects to virtually any customer or vendor. We've been able to scale our operations seamlessly with minimal effort.

Cons

While it is an effective order management system, some of the add-on tools are not the best in the industry. The driver app has flaws and workflow issues, making it harder for the drivers to complete work easily. Bonus features like route optimization are also lacking but improving. Overall, Transvirtual does listen but don't expect it to be a one-size fits all solution.

Compared to other TMS available this definitely allows a smoother collection and delivery service for both customer and users.

Pros

It is generally easy to navigate, once you have put in some time to go over the help desk and familiarise yourself its a breeze. Most of the time everything is linked and customizable to your personal set up.

Cons

The delay in getting assistance if needed. When you need assistance the live chat just instantly tells you "we cant help, send us an email"and then its up to a week turnaround. Even if it is a really easy fix like a filter or something similar.

Overall, my experience with Transvirtual has been positive. The platform is user-friendly, easy to learn, and helps streamline daily transport and logistics operations. While there are occasional issues that can be difficult to troubleshoot, it has generally been a reliable and effective solution for our business.

Pros

Transvirtual is easy to learn and navigate, with a friendly, intuitive user interface that helps users get up and running quickly while making daily tasks more efficient and straightforward

Cons

Occasionally, the system marks a consignment as fully completed even when it was short delivered. Investigating these cases can be challenging, as the customer support team is often unable to replicate the issue, which can delay resolution. And a pretty big one that is not a feature yet: Drivers are unable to "scan off" multiple consignments at the same time.

Lacking a personal response from a human to speak through a challenge over the phone. I would expect that being that CEO of Tas Connect Logistics that I would have a direct contact with the top of Transvirtual?

Traceability of Revenue by Linehaul Manifest, albeit that it doesn't show $ value without opening up

Cons

On consignment page on page 2 or 3, then change date range to one day, then shows nothing being 2/1 or 3/1

Good, things that system does - it does it well and provides great level of visibility over all aspects of a transport management some things are just not there and one has to learn to live with it

Versatile, can be applied to various sizes of a business Can be simple or complex depending on needs

Cons

Many half-finished functions and tools GUI and interface functions aren't uniform in the way they work even if they are built for similar/same purpose

Transvirtual is a great system, really easy to use and makes everyday tasks much simple. However, some features aren’t available

Pros

Super easy to use especially when adding accounts and setting customer rates. There are lots of helpful articles online too, which makes things even smoother.

Cons

Some features are missing and adding new ones isn’t straight forward. You have to submit a request and there’s no guarantee it will get approved.
