We previously had calls in one system and email conversations in another, which often resulted in missing context or duplicated work. Squaretalk has brought those interactions closer together and helped agents respond with better information. Customers no longer need to repeat the same details when they change channels.

Pros

The Gmail integration has made follow-up much easier for our customer service team. Agents can manage email alongside calls and access the relevant customer history without constantly switching between systems. Combined with contact management, it gives us a much clearer view of previous communication.

Cons

More advanced email reporting would help us compare response times and workloads between voice and email teams.

Overall, I've had a great experience with Squaretalk, with its intuitive interface making it easy to use on a daily basis. It's been a reliable tool for staying connected with my team and has helped streamline our communication, but I do wish for a few more customization options.

Pros

Squaretalk works well enough for our weekly team meetings. I like that it's pretty solid for video conferencing and screen sharing. We've used it for a few years now and it's kind of become our go-to tool. The audio quality is usually good, but sometimes it takes a bit to figure out how to get everyone's mic working.

Cons

The mobile app can be a bit of a pain to use, not a huge deal but it's kind of annoying. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get it to connect properly. But overall, it's a good tool for our team.

I've had a generally positive experience with Squaretalk, using it regularly for our team's communication and collaboration. It's user-friendly and has helped streamline our workflow, although I've encountered some minor glitches and wish for a few more customization options to enhance its functionality further.

Pros

Squaretalk's ease of use and seamless integration with our existing workflow are a big plus. I've found it pretty solid for team communication and collaboration. We've been able to streamline our processes and improve productivity, which is a huge benefit for our team.

Cons

One thing that's kind of annoying is the occasional lag when loading large files. It's not a huge deal, but it can be frustrating when you're working under tight deadlines. We've also found the customer support to be a bit slow to respond at times.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with Squaretalk. It's a reliable platform that I've used extensively for regular video conferencing and team collaboration. While there are minor features I wish were more streamlined, the experience has been mostly seamless and efficient, earning it a solid 4-star rating from me.

Pros

Squaretalk's audio and video conferencing features work well enough for our team's daily stand-ups and catch-up meetings. The screen sharing is pretty solid, and it's easy to schedule meetings on the go. Our team's size is about 15 people.

Cons

The mobile app took a bit to figure out, but once we got the hang of it, it worked well. Not a huge deal, but it would be great if they could add more customization options for the mobile app. Our team's industry is education, and we're based in the UK.

I've had a mostly positive experience with Squaretalk, finding it to be a reliable tool for my team's communication needs. While it's not without its occasional hiccups, I appreciate the ease of use and the ability to integrate it with other tools we already use, making it a valuable addition to our workflow.

Pros

Squaretalk's real-time transcription feature works well enough for our team's remote meetings. We've been using it for about two years now, and it's pretty solid. It's also pretty easy to use, even for our less tech-savvy team members.

Cons

One minor complaint is the occasional lag in syncing our recordings with the transcription. It's not a huge deal, but it can be kind of annoying when you're trying to review a meeting.

I've been using Squaretalk for a while now, and overall, it's been a solid experience. The platform is user-friendly, and I appreciate how it streamlines our team's communication. While it's not perfect, I'd say it's a reliable choice for businesses looking for a straightforward communication tool.

Pros

Squaretalk's real-time collaboration features are a game-changer for our team, making it easy to work together on projects. I like how it integrates with our Google Drive account, allowing seamless file sharing and editing. We've also found the audio and video conferencing tools to be pretty solid, especially for remote meetings.

Cons

The mobile app can be a bit finicky at times, and I find myself needing to refresh it occasionally, but it's not a huge deal.

I've had a largely positive experience with Squaretalk, using it regularly to stay connected with colleagues and clients. The platform's user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate, and features like video conferencing and screen sharing have been especially helpful for remote meetings and collaborations.

Pros

Squaretalk's features for team collaboration and project management are pretty solid, especially the task assignments and due date reminders. It's helped our team stay organized and on track with our projects.

Cons

The onboarding process took a bit to figure out, and the user interface can get a bit cluttered at times. Not a huge deal, but it's something to be aware of when using the platform.

It has improved the way my insurance sales team handles outbound calls, tracks performance, and manages customer interactions. The interface is user-friendly, the reporting tools provide useful insights, and the call management features have made daily operations much smoother.

Pros

My team adapted to the platform fairly quickly, and the call management tools made it simple to monitor ongoing conversations and follow up with potential policyholders. The reporting dashboard gave me a clear picture of agent performance and campaign results, which helped me make better decisions. As a Sales Manager in the insurance industry, I found Squaretalk to be very easy to use after the initial setup. I also think it offers good value for money because it combines calling, reporting, and management features in one platform. The connection quality was generally stable, so our customer conversations were rarely interrupted.

Cons

The learning curve can be a little challenging for new agents who have never worked with a cloud-based calling system before. Some reporting filters could be more flexible, and we experienced occasional internet-related delays during peak business hours, although they were not frequent enough to significantly affect productivity.

We couldn't justify the cost or setup time of traditional enterprise call center platforms. Squaretalk gave us everything we needed to compete with larger providers at a fraction of the cost. Our team of eight now operates with the structure and efficiency of a much larger operation.

Pros

For a small business, the value is exceptional. We get enterprise-grade features - dialing, whatsapp, IVR, real-time monitoring, CRM integration, without the price tag or the implementation complexity that usually comes with them. Our dedicated account manager has been a genuine asset.

Cons

A universal search bar inside the admin panel would make finding specific settings faster. Navigation is logical, but quicker access would help.

When customers call regarding deliveries, they anticipate prompt responses. Squaretalk practically eliminated needless transfers and decreased our average handle time. During our busiest quarter, customer satisfaction scores increased and repeat contact rates decreased.

Pros

Delivery enquiries are handled very effectively by the IVR and queue management. The system remains stable and calls are correctly routed from the first ring during busy times. Agents can instantly view order status thanks to the CRM integration.

Cons

Although useful, the reporting email layout could use some polish. The information itself is precise and extremely helpful.
