Client information was spread out between spreadsheets, our CRM, and the phone system. Having all of this information in one place has eliminated duplicated work and allowed for better note-keeping.

Pros

The built-in contact management module provides our virtual assistants with an easy-to-use place to view customer information, past interactions, notes, and tags. It is particularly useful for teams that want to maintain an up-to-date client history without having to open multiple systems while on a call. The CRM ID helps us quickly find and identify the right records.

Cons

More bulk-editing options for contact tags and fields would be helpful while working with large databases.

My overall experience with Squaretalk has been good. I mainly used it for call management and found it useful for regular business communication. It is simple to understand and gets the job done without making things complicated.

Pros

The calling features are easy to use and the interface is pretty simple. It was easy for me to manage calls without spending too much time learning the system.

Cons

Sometimes I faced call quality issues and a few calls did not connect properly. It can be a little frustrating when this happens during regular work.

Many customer inquiries arrive outside business hours or during busy periods. The AI agents ensure every caller receives an immediate response and that important information is captured before a human agent gets involved. This improved responsiveness and reduced pressure on our service teams during peak demand.

Pros

The AI voice agents integrate directly with our contact center workflows and CRM. They can answer common questions, gather policy information, schedule callbacks, and route customers to the appropriate department. Everything is logged automatically, providing full visibility into every interaction.

Cons

I'd like additional conversation analytics that help identify where callers most frequently request a transfer to a human representative.

Overall, my experience with Squaretalk has been positive. It gives the team a more structured way to manage calls and customer communication, and the real-time visibility into activity is especially useful when several people are handling conversations at the same time. Phone support and onboarding are also valuable when dealing with more technical settings, because the platform has more depth than it first appears. I like the combination of call management, email and messaging features, and I think the pricing is reasonable compared with heavier enterprise contact center solutions. It is not completely effortless to learn, but once you understand the workflow it becomes a reliable tool for day-to-day communication.

Pros

What I like most about Squaretalk is that it brings most of the communication workflow into one place. Call management is strong, and features like routing, call monitoring and contact management make it much easier to handle both incoming and outgoing conversations as a team. I also like having email and messaging options closer to the calling workflow instead of constantly switching between different tools. Once the basic setup is complete, the interface is fairly easy to use and the overall value for money is good for the amount of functionality included.

Cons

There is a learning curve when you first start using the more advanced call and administration features. Basic daily tasks are straightforward, but some settings take time to understand if you have not worked with a cloud contact center before. I have also come across a few small performance or navigation annoyances that could be smoother. They have not seriously affected my work, but the admin experience could still be more polished.

We previously had calls in one system and email conversations in another, which often resulted in missing context or duplicated work. Squaretalk has brought those interactions closer together and helped agents respond with better information. Customers no longer need to repeat the same details when they change channels.

Pros

The Gmail integration has made follow-up much easier for our customer service team. Agents can manage email alongside calls and access the relevant customer history without constantly switching between systems. Combined with contact management, it gives us a much clearer view of previous communication.

Cons

More advanced email reporting would help us compare response times and workloads between voice and email teams.

Overall, I've had a great experience with Squaretalk, with its intuitive interface making it easy to use on a daily basis. It's been a reliable tool for staying connected with my team and has helped streamline our communication, but I do wish for a few more customization options.

Pros

Squaretalk works well enough for our weekly team meetings. I like that it's pretty solid for video conferencing and screen sharing. We've used it for a few years now and it's kind of become our go-to tool. The audio quality is usually good, but sometimes it takes a bit to figure out how to get everyone's mic working.

Cons

The mobile app can be a bit of a pain to use, not a huge deal but it's kind of annoying. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get it to connect properly. But overall, it's a good tool for our team.

I've had a generally positive experience with Squaretalk, using it regularly for our team's communication and collaboration. It's user-friendly and has helped streamline our workflow, although I've encountered some minor glitches and wish for a few more customization options to enhance its functionality further.

Pros

Squaretalk's ease of use and seamless integration with our existing workflow are a big plus. I've found it pretty solid for team communication and collaboration. We've been able to streamline our processes and improve productivity, which is a huge benefit for our team.

Cons

One thing that's kind of annoying is the occasional lag when loading large files. It's not a huge deal, but it can be frustrating when you're working under tight deadlines. We've also found the customer support to be a bit slow to respond at times.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with Squaretalk. It's a reliable platform that I've used extensively for regular video conferencing and team collaboration. While there are minor features I wish were more streamlined, the experience has been mostly seamless and efficient, earning it a solid 4-star rating from me.

Pros

Squaretalk's audio and video conferencing features work well enough for our team's daily stand-ups and catch-up meetings. The screen sharing is pretty solid, and it's easy to schedule meetings on the go. Our team's size is about 15 people.

Cons

The mobile app took a bit to figure out, but once we got the hang of it, it worked well. Not a huge deal, but it would be great if they could add more customization options for the mobile app. Our team's industry is education, and we're based in the UK.

I've had a mostly positive experience with Squaretalk, finding it to be a reliable tool for my team's communication needs. While it's not without its occasional hiccups, I appreciate the ease of use and the ability to integrate it with other tools we already use, making it a valuable addition to our workflow.

Pros

Squaretalk's real-time transcription feature works well enough for our team's remote meetings. We've been using it for about two years now, and it's pretty solid. It's also pretty easy to use, even for our less tech-savvy team members.

Cons

One minor complaint is the occasional lag in syncing our recordings with the transcription. It's not a huge deal, but it can be kind of annoying when you're trying to review a meeting.

I've been using Squaretalk for a while now, and overall, it's been a solid experience. The platform is user-friendly, and I appreciate how it streamlines our team's communication. While it's not perfect, I'd say it's a reliable choice for businesses looking for a straightforward communication tool.

Pros

Squaretalk's real-time collaboration features are a game-changer for our team, making it easy to work together on projects. I like how it integrates with our Google Drive account, allowing seamless file sharing and editing. We've also found the audio and video conferencing tools to be pretty solid, especially for remote meetings.

Cons

The mobile app can be a bit finicky at times, and I find myself needing to refresh it occasionally, but it's not a huge deal.
