It is reliable, user friendly and the customer support is helpful whenever I have had questions. Pros It is easy to use and smooth to run in backgroung without slowing down my computer. Interface is clean and most of the features like virus scans and web protection are simple to setup. Cons Installation process is slightly longer then expected and popup notifications are little too frequent. I was able to keep my clients secure with what I considered to be the best virus protection at the time. And I think it is still a top virus protection program. Pros I liked that it was light weight on the computers. At the time when I used it, I had 50 or more computers that were older and it did not hurt the system at the same level as Norton. Cons Management of the licenses was not the best. I am sure it has improved since I used it but back then it was almost a nightmare.
