Pros

A facilidade de integrar, configurar e colocar em uso são grandes diferenciais.

Não vejo nada que desagrade ou desabone a ferramenta.

WeHelp vai muito além da nota de NPS. A ferramenta nos proporciona ter uma visão mais detalhada do funcionamento da academia e dos clientes, assim, em vários momentos, auxiliando na tomada de decisões. Além disso, é muito simples de usar e com diversas configurações que o próprio usuário pode fazer.

Pros

Além de ser uma ferramenta muito fácil de usar, é possível organizar as respostas do campo aberto através de tags, o que deixa o conteúdo ainda mais rico e simples para análise.Poder acompanhar quais são os pontos de contato que interferem na nota do cliente também é bem bacana.

Cons

Sinto de falta de ter um ranking em algumas situações.Ex.: - Organizar os pontos de contato por nota.- Organizar as academias por nota de NPS

Preferia pagamento em reais. O pagamento é em dólar. Mas isso é comum em ferramentas internacionais então, tudo bem.
